The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one parameter for making the at least one frozen ice piercing implement includes one or more of: constitution of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, formulation of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, size of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, density of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, shape of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, physical structure of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, or physical or chemical integrity of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 5. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one parameter for administering the at least one frozen ice piercing implement includes one or more of: substrate type; substrate function; substrate size; substrate constitution; substrate architecture; substrate durability; substrate temperature; temperature of administration conditions; depth of administration of the at least one frozen ice particle composition or frozen ice piercing implement; substrate source; one or more temporal coordinates; one or more spatial coordinates; presence or absence of at least one agent; presence or absence of at least one microparticle, nanoparticle, lens, tunable lens, sensor, transducer, actuator, detector, heater, valve, gate, channel, detection material, pump, power source, injector, controller, receiver, transmitter, or circuit; angle of administration of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement; force of administration of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement, velocity of administration of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement; quantity of frozen ice piercing implement devices administered; rate of administration of more than one frozen ice piercing implements; method of administration of at least one frozen ice piercing implement; timing of administration of at least one frozen ice piercing implement; or rate of delivery of at least one agent of the frozen piercing implement. 6. The system of claim 2, further including one or more instructions that when executed on the at least one computing device cause the at least one computing device to determine from the comparison at least one parameter for making or administering at least one frozen ice piercing implement to at least one substrate. 7. The system of claim 1, further including one or more instructions that when executed on the at least one computing device cause the at least one computing device to access the first possible dataset in response to the first input. 8. The system of claim 1, further including one or more instructions that when executed on the at least one computing device cause the at least one computing device to generate the first possible dataset in response to the first input. 9. The system of claim 1, further including one or more instructions that when executed on the at least one computing device cause the at least one computing device to determine a graphical illustration of the first possible dataset. 10. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one computing device includes one or more of a desktop computer, workstation computer, or computing system. 11. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one computing device includes one or more of a cluster of processors, a networked computer, a tablet personal computer, a laptop computer, a mobile device, a mobile telephone, or a personal digital assistant computer. 12. The system of claim 1, wherein the output includes one or more instructions for making the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 13. The system of claim 1, wherein the output includes at least one graphical description of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 14. The system of claim 1, wherein the user readable display is readable by at least one person, or computer. 15. The system of claim 1, wherein the user readable display includes one or more of a display of one or more differences identified by the comparison of at least one value related to the first input and at least one value related to at least one property of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 16. The system of claim 1, wherein the user readable display includes one or more of a display of one or more differences identified by the comparison of at least one value related to a second input and at least one value related to at least one parameter for administration of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 17. A system comprising: circuitry for accepting a first input associated with one or more parameters for making at least one frozen ice piercing implement, wherein the at least one frozen ice piercing implement consists essentially of frozen ice and includes a detection material;circuitry for accepting a second input associated with one or more parameters for administering at least one frozen ice piercing implement to at least one substrate;circuitry for processing the first input and the second input; andcircuitry for generating an output to a user readable display. 18. The system of claim 17, wherein the one or more parameters for making at least one frozen ice piercing implement include at least one value derived from an image. 19. The system of claim 17, further including circuitry for displaying results of the processing. 20. The system of claim 17, further including circuitry for transmitting one or more signals that include information related to the processing the first input and the second input. 21. The system of claim 17, wherein the output includes one or more instructions for making the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 22. The system of claim 17, wherein the output includes at least one graphical description of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 23. The system of claim 17, wherein the user readable display is readable by at least one person, or computer. 24. The system of claim 17, wherein the user readable display includes one or more of a display of one or more differences identified by the comparison of at least one value related to the first input and at least one value related to at least one property of the at least one frozen ice piercing implement. 25. The system of claim 26, wherein the at least one frozen ice piercing implement device includes at least one frozen ice piercing implement array device, frozen ice piercing implement fluidic device, or frozen ice piercing implement injection device. 28.
