The friction damper according to claim 1, wherein the at least one metal of the at least one heat conducting metal element (2) has a heat conductivity of between 200 and 500 watts per meter and Kelvin (200-500 W/(m*K)). 3. The friction damper according to claim 14, further comprising a second heat-conducting metal element (12) separate from the at least one first heat-conducting metal element, and releasably fixed on at least one of the housing (1) and the first heat conducting metal element (2). 16. The friction damper according to claim 15, wherein the second heat-conducting metal element (12) is a bent metal wire. 18. The friction damper according to claim 21, wherein the housing (1) has the at least one contact surface and at least one connecting surface which has the at least one recess (8, 9) for connecting the at least one plastic element (3) to the at least one heat conducting metal element (2). 24.
