A device comprising: at least one memory; andat least one processor communicatively coupled to the at least one memory, the at least one processor configured to:dynamically build a rasterizer to render an image to a display of the device, wherein to dynamically build further includes to assemble the rasterizer from existing library operations, each operation having customized parameters associated with rendering the image. 10. The device of claim 9, wherein to dynamically build further includes to assemble the rasterizer to utilize an existing graphical state presented within the display. 11. A computer-implemented method residing in a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium and for execution on a processor, comprising: receiving a graphical state request for rendering an image to a display; anddynamically assembling the graphical state as generic operations having unique parameters for rending the image. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein dynamically assembling further includes obtaining some of the generic operations with specific ones of the unique parameters from memory. 13. The method of claim 11, wherein dynamically assembling further includes assembling the graphical state based on an existing graphical state already rendered to the display. 14. The method of claim 11, wherein dynamically assembling further includes inserting memory management operations within the graphical state. 15. The method of claim 11 further includes, indexing the graphical state in memory.
