The nasal dilator of claim 1, wherein said first resilient portion and said second resilient portion are spaced laterally from the peripheral edge of said elongated, flexible substrate along the entire length of said elongated, flexible substrate. 3. A nasal dilator comprising: an elongated, flexible substrate having a peripheral edge, a central longitudinal axis, a longitudinal length and transverse ends;a resinous resilient layer comprising three resilient portions, said resinous resilient layer bonded to said elongated, flexible substrate to provide a gentle expanding force to a nasal wall tissue when said dilator is adhesively attached to a wearer's nose, said three resilient portions including a first resilient portion disposed longitudinally between said transverse ends, a second resilient portion, having a shorter longitudinal length than said first resilient portion and located laterally from said first resilient portion and superior to said first resilient portion when said dilator is adhesively attached to a nose, and a central bridging resilient portion having a shorter longitudinal length than said second resilient portion, connecting said first and second resilient portions; anda pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the entire bottom surface of said dilator. 4. A nasal dilator for preventing a nasal wall tissue of a nose from drawing in during breathing, comprising an elongated, flexible substrate having a peripheral edge, a central longitudinal axis, a pair of longitudinal sides, a pair of transverse end regions, and top and bottom surfaces thereon;a resilient layer comprising three resilient portions, said resilient layer bonded to said elongated, flexible substrate to provide a gentle expanding force to said nasal wall tissue when said dilator is adhesively attached to said nose; a first of said resilient portions having a pair of transverse free ends, said first of said resilient portions disposed longitudinally along said elongated, flexible substrate from a first of said pair of transverse end regions of said substrate to a second of said pair of transverse end regions of said substrate, a second of said resilient portions disposed laterally on said elongated, flexible substrate from said first resilient portion, and a third of said resilient portions disposed to bridge said first and second resilient portions; anda pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on said bottom surface of said dilator, including on the central region of said dilator for attachment to the bridge of the wearer's nose wherein said first resilient portion is longer than said second resilient portion, and said second resilient portion is located more proximally on said nose than said first resilient portion when said dilator is adhesively attached to said nose. 5. The nasal dilator of claim 4, wherein said third of said resilient portions is located centrally on said elongated flexible substrate. 6. The nasal dilator of claim 4, wherein said resilient layer is cut from spring ribbon material. 7. The nasal dilator of claim 4, wherein said resilient layer comprises a sheet layer. 8. A nasal dilator comprising: an elongated, flexible substrate having a longitudinal length, a central region, and a pair of transverse ends;a resilient layer having a plurality of resilient portions therein, said resilient layer bonded to said elongated, flexible substrate to provide an expanding force to a nasal wall tissue when said dilator is adhesively attached to a wearer's nose, said plurality of resilient portions comprising a first and a second resilient portion and a bridging portion connecting said first and second portions together, said first and second resilient portions separated from one another at each of said pair of transverse ends; anda pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on said bottom surface of said dilator, including on the central region of the dilator for attachment to the bridge of the wearer's nose, wherein said first resilient portion is longer than said second resilient portion, and said second resilient portion is located superior to said first resilient portion when said dilator is adhesively attached to said nose. 9. The nasal dilator of claim 8, further comprising a transdermal medication. 10. The nasal dilator of claim 8, wherein the bottom surface of the dilator comprises the resilient layer.
