The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first circuit board module has a fifth opening on the surface toward the first fan, and is configured to exhaust the first cooling air to the first fan through the fifth opening, andwherein the third circuit board module is configured to introduce the first cooling air from the first fan through the fourth opening. 3. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the opening provided on the side surface of the circuit board case of the circuit board module includes a first aperture and a second aperture, the first aperture positioned at a proximal part of the side surface when the first circuit board module is stored in the chassis, the second aperture positioned at a distal part of the side surface when the second circuit board module is stored in the chassis, andwherein the chassis is provided with a first and a second deflector plates, the first deflector plate guiding the cooling air from the first fan to the first aperture, the second deflector plate guiding the cooling air flowing out of the second aperture into one of the circuit board modules inserted from the rear side opening of the chassis. 4. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a coupling board is provided between the front side opening and the rear side opening of the chassis to partition the hollow container, the coupling board including a conductor electrically coupled with the circuit board modules inserted from the front side opening and from the rear side opening, andwherein the coupling board is provided with a plurality of apertures that allow cooling air from the front side opening to the rear side opening of the chassis. 5. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cooling air flowing out of the first circuit board module is introduced into another circuit board module stored from the rear side opening of the chassis to cool the circuit board installed therein. 6. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the opening provided on the side surface of the circuit board case of the circuit board module includes a first aperture and a second aperture, the first aperture positioned at a proximal part of the side surface when the first circuit board module is stored in the chassis, the second aperture positioned at a distal part of the side surface when the second circuit board module is stored in the chassis, and wherein the chassis is provided with an opening and closing mechanism to selectively put the first aperture or the second aperture in an opened condition or a closed condition. 7. The storage apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the opening and closing mechanism is disposed in the chassis at a position opposite the first aperture and the second aperture of the circuit board case of the first circuit board module, and wherein the opening and closing mechanism has a shutter member selectively opening or closing the first aperture or the second aperture when the first circuit board module is installed in the chassis. 8. The storage apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the shutter member provided with the chassis is positioned to close the first aperture of the first circuit board module at an initial state,wherein an engaging part configured to engage the shutter member is provided to at least one side surface of the circuit board case constituting the first circuit board module, andwherein the engaging part moves the shutter member to a position where the shutter member closes the second aperture when the first circuit board module is inserted in the chassis. 9. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the storage controller includes a third fan stored in the chassis from the front side opening adjacent to either of inner side surfaces of the chassis, andwherein the cooling air suctioned by the third fan through the front side opening is introduced into the circuit board module inserted from the rear side opening of the chassis. 10. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first circuit board module stores the circuit board on which a memory device is mounted, the memory device constituting cache memory temporarily storing data to be written to and read from the physical storage media. 11. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second circuit board module stores the circuit board on which a processor carrying out data processing to implement function of the storage controller is mounted. 12. The storage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the physical storage media include a plurality of hard disk drives, and the logical storage area is created from a RAID (Redundant Arrays of Inexpensive (or Independent) Disks) group formed by the plurality of hard disk drives. 13. A storage controller for a storage apparatus, the storage apparatus including physical storage media for storing data, the storage controller coupled to the physical storage media for controlling data input/output (I/O) processing to the physical storage media, comprising: a plurality of circuit board modules each having a circuit board implementing a predetermined function of the storage controller and a circuit board case storing the circuit board;a chassis having a hollow container with a front side opening and a rear side opening, configured to store the plurality of circuit board modules from the front and rear side openings;a first fan inserted from the front side opening to the chassis, configured to send first cooling air into one or more circuit board module from a front side to a rear side by pushing the first cooling air; anda second fan inserted from the rear side opening to the chassis, configured to send second cooling air into one or more circuit board module from the front side to the rear side by pulling the second cooling air,wherein the plurality of circuit board modules includes:a first circuit board module inserted from the front side opening, arranged adjacent to the first fan, having a first opening on a surface toward the first fan, and configured to introduce the first cooling air from the first fan through the first opening;a second circuit board module inserted from the front side opening to be opposed to the second fan, having a second opening on a surface toward the front side opening, and configured to introduce the second cooling air through the third opening and exhaust the second cooling air to the second fan through the second opening; anda third circuit board module inserted from the rear side opening to be opposed to the first circuit board module, having a fourth opening, and configured to introduce the first cooling air, which is flowed out from the first circuit board module through the fourth opening.
