The mandrel of claim 1, wherein the first bulb has a spherical shape, the second bulb has a spherical shape, the third bulb has a spherical shape, the fourth bulb has a spherical shape, the fifth bulb has a spherical shape, the sixth bulb has a spherical shape, the seventh bulb has a spherical shape, the eighth bulb has a spherical shape, the ninth bulb has a spherical shape, and the tenth bulb has a spherical shape. 4. The mandrel of claim 1, wherein at least two of the first bulb, the second bulb, the third bulb, the fourth bulb, the fifth bulb, the sixth bulb, the seventh bulb, the eighth bulb, the ninth bulb, and the tenth bulb have different shapes. 5. The mandrel of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first bulb, the second bulb, the third bulb, the fourth bulb, the fifth bulb, the sixth bulb, the seventh bulb, the eighth bulb, the ninth bulb, and the tenth bulb has an oblong shape. 6. A mandrel for manufacturing a vascular device for treating a vessel, the mandrel comprising: an elongate stainless steel strand having an outer diameter between 0.15 mm and 0.75 mm; anda plurality of stainless steel bulbs coupled to the elongate stainless steel strand by at least one of welding and soldering, the elongate stainless steel strand extending through each of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs, at least one stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs having an outer diameter between 2.25 mm and 2.75 mm,at least one stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs having an outer diameter between 2.75 mm and 3.25 mm, andat least one stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs having an outer diameter between 3.25 mm and 4 mm,wherein a vascular device manufactured utilizing the mandrel is configured to treat a vessel. 7. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein the elongate stainless steel strand has a longitudinal axis and the plurality of stainless steel bulbs are aligned along the longitudinal axis of the elongate stainless steel strand. 8. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein at least one stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs has a spherical shape. 9. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein a first stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs has a different shape than a second stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs. 10. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein at least one stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs has an outer diameter between 1.5 mm and 2.25 mm. 11. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein a first stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs is spaced from a second stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs by a length between 0.25 times and 2 times the outer diameter of the first stainless steel bulb, the first stainless steel bulb proximal to the second stainless steel bulb. 12. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein a first stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs is spaced from a second stainless steel bulb of the plurality of stainless steel bulbs by a hypotube having a diameter between 0.15 mm and 0.75 mm. 13. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein the elongate stainless steel strand comprises a separable intermediate portion. 14. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein the plurality of stainless steel bulbs comprises six stainless steel bulbs. 15. The mandrel of claim 6, wherein the plurality of stainless steel bulbs comprises ten stainless steel bulbs. 16. A mandrel for manufacturing a vascular device for treating a vessel, the mandrel comprising: a first mandrel piece comprising: a first elongate strand including an uncoupled proximal end and a distal end, anda first plurality of bulbs coupled to the first elongate strand by at least one of welding and soldering, the first elongate strand extending through each of the first plurality of bulbs,a second mandrel piece comprising: a second elongate strand including a proximal end and an uncoupled distal end, anda second plurality of bulbs coupled to the second elongate strand, the second elongate strand extending through each of the second plurality of bulbs; andan intermediate portion coupling the distal end of the first elongate strand and the proximal end of the second elongate strand, the first mandrel piece separable from the second mandrel piece in the intermediate portion,wherein a vascular device manufactured utilizing the mandrel is configured to treat a vessel. 17. The mandrel of claim 16, wherein each of the second plurality of bulbs has an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of each of the first plurality of bulbs. 18. The mandrel of claim 16, wherein each of the first plurality of bulbs and the second plurality of bulbs has an outer diameter between 1 mm and 6 mm. 19. The mandrel of claim 16, wherein each of the first plurality of bulbs and the second plurality of bulbs has an outer diameter between 4 mm and 10 mm. 20. The mandrel of claim 16, wherein at least one of the first plurality of bulbs has a spherical shape and at least one of the second plurality of bulbs has a spherical shape.
