The liquid-tight fitting of claim 9, wherein each of the one or more flexible tabs includes a first end portion that does not protrude from the outer surface of the tube portion and a second end portion, which is opposite to the first end portion, that does protrude from the outer surface of the tube portion. 11. The liquid-tight fitting of claim 8, wherein the one or more protruding elements encircle the tube portion parallel to the lip portion of the ferrule portion. 12.
