A tower with exterior cable support preferably includes a tower structure, a base plate, a middle support structure, a top plate and at least three cables. The tower structure may be a tapered monopole tower, a step mono tower or a lattice tower. The base plate is attached to a base of the tower. The middle support structure is attached to substantially a midway height of the tower. The top plate is secured to substantially a top of the tower. One end of the at least three cables are secured to the base plate, a perimeter of the at least three cables are supported by the middle support structure and the other end of the at least three cables are secured to the top plate. The modular base preferably includes at least four foundation base members, a tower base member, a perimeter wall base and at least four wall members.

The tower with exterior cable support of claim 1 wherein: said top plate further includes at least three loop brackets. 5. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 1 wherein: the tower structure is one of a tapered monopole, a stepped monopole and a lattice pole. 6. A tower with exterior cable support comprising: a base plate is attached to a tower base;a middle support structure includes a clamping base, at least three lateral supports and at least three cable seats, said clamp base is secured to substantially a midway height of a tower structure, said at least three lateral supports extend outward from said clamp base, said at least three cable seats are attached to a distal end of said at least three lateral supports;a top plate is secured to a top of the tower structure; andat least three cables having a first end and a second end, said first end of said at least three cables is secured to said base plate, said second end of said at least three cables is secured to said top plate. 7. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6, further comprising: at least three spring tensioners for tensioning said at least three cables. 8. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6, further comprising: at least three tensioners for tensioning said at least three cables. 9. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6 wherein: said top plate includes a top base plate, a clamp bracket and at least three loop brackets. 10. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6 wherein: said top plate includes a top base plate, said top base plate is biased away from a cable plate with a plurality of compression springs, a plurality of fasteners retain said top base plate relative to said cable plate, and a clamp bracket extends from said top base plate. 11. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6 wherein: said top plate includes a top base plate,said top base plate is biased away from a support plate with a plurality of compression springs, at least three cable brackets are biased away from said support plate, and a clamp bracket extends from said top base plate. 12. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 6 wherein: the tower structure is one of a tapered monopole, a stepped monopole and a lattice pole. 13. A tower with exterior cable support comprising: a base plate is attached to a tower base;a middle support structure is secured to substantially a midway height of a tower structure, said middle support structure includes at least three lateral supports;a top plate includes a top base plate, a cable plate and at least one biasing device, said top base plate is attached to the tower structure, said at least one biasing device biases said cable plate away from said top base plate; andat least three cables having a first end and a second end, said first end of said at least three cables is secured to said base plate, said at least three cables being coupled to said at least three lateral supports, said second end of said at least three cables is secured to said top base plate. 14. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 13, further comprising: at least three spring tensioners for tensioning said at least three cables. 15. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 13, further comprising: at least three tensioners for tensioning said at least three cables. 16. The tower with exterior cable support of claim 13 wherein: the tower structure is one of a tapered monopole, a stepped monopole and a lattice pole.
