The cane recited in claim 2, wherein said hand grip is generally L shaped. 6. The cane recited in claim 2, wherein said hand grip is plastic. 7. The cane recited in claim 2, wherein said hand grip is coated with rubber. 8. The cane recited in claim 2, wherein said hand grip is provided with a plurality of finger reliefs. 9. The cane recited in claim 2, wherein said fastening means permanently affixes said hand grip to said top end. 10.
