The mixing bowl assembly of claim 11, comprising: a rounded perimeter having a distal lip that extends around the outer surface of the liner; andfirst and second liner extensions that include at least a portion of the rounded perimeter extending substantially orthogonally from the outer surface of the liner, wherein each of the first and second liner extensions includes a liner offset each defining first and second liner gripping ridges, and wherein the first and second liner extensions each include at least a portion of the rounded perimeter. 13. The mixing bowl assembly of claim 12, wherein the lid offset of the lid is configured to be selectively positioned over at least one of the liner offset of the first and second liner extensions. 14. The mixing bowl of claim 12, wherein the second liner extension includes a keyed surface section wherein the rounded perimeter of the second liner extension defines an angle in the second liner extension. 15. A mixing bowl assembly comprising: a bowl;a liner configured to be closely received in the bowl, the liner comprising: a bottom wall;a side wall integrally formed with the bottom wall, the side wall including an inner surface, an outer surface, and an upper edge, wherein the inner surface and the outer surface each descend from the upper edge in opposing directions;a first securing formation disposed on the outer surface proximate the upper edge; anda lid comprising: a body including a recessed inner portion and an annular flange that extends about the recessed inner portion; anda lid abutment wall extending downward from and substantially orthogonal to the body and including a second securing formation configured for removable engagement with the outer surface of the side wall proximate the first securing formation. 16.
