The refrigerating air-conditioning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an electric operation-type opening and closing valve is provided in a pipeline for connecting the collecting container and a component of the heat-source side unit. 6. The refrigerating air-conditioning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a manual opening and closing valve is provided in a pipeline for connecting the collecting container and a component of the heat-source side unit. 7. The refrigerating air-conditioning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a pressure escape valve is provided in a pipeline for connecting the collecting container and a component of the heat-source side unit. 8. The refrigerating air-conditioning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the accumulator or the collecting container is sheathed or internally equipped with a heater.
