The device according to claim 3, wherein the evacuation device is a syringe. 5. The device according to claim 3, further comprising a flexible connection interposed between the attachment device and at least one of the evacuation device or a valve of the evacuation device. 6. The device according to claim 3, wherein the evacuation device is integrated with the fixing device. 7. The device according to claim 1, wherein the friction enhancing projections of the holding device are configured to engage a bone or bone structure. 8. The device according to claim 1, further comprising at least one valve for connecting an evacuation device, said evacuation device configured to generate the low pressure in said low-pressure casing. 9. The device according to claim 1, wherein the first joint element is a ball joint and the second joint element is a threaded joint. 10.
