The system according to claim 1 further comprising: a control unit configured to provide an application with information about a remaining amount of color material in the color material container, an alignment sequence of the color material container, and a direction of arrangement of the color material container which indicates a direction in which the color material container is installed in the printer as left to right, front to rear, or bottom to top in the printer,wherein the application is configured to display the remaining amount of color material in the color material container in the alignment sequence according to the direction of arrangement of the color material container on the basis of the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the control unit, andwherein the control unit is configured to transfer the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the printer to the application. 6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the control unit is configured to transfer the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the printer to the application when the control unit is successful in acquiring the information from the printer; and wherein the control unit is configured to return the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container held by the control unit to the application when the control unit is unsuccessful in acquiring the information from the printer. 7. The system according to claim 5, wherein the control unit is configured to provide the application with information about a direction of insertion of the color material container, and wherein the application is configured to display the direction of insertion of the color material container on the basis of the information about the direction of insertion of the color material container received from the control unit. 8. The system according to claim 1, wherein the printer is configured to return information about a display of an image of the color material container to the control unit in response to a request from the requiring unit. 9. The system according to claim 1, wherein the requiring unit is further configured to require install information which indicates whether the color material container is installed to the printer or not; andwherein the reception unit is further configured to receive the install information from the printer. 10. An information processing method for a system including an information processing apparatus and a printer provided with a color material container, the method comprising: performing a request for information from the information processing apparatus to the printer; andreceiving, from the printer, a color name of color material in the color material container of the printer and an RGB value representing color of color material in the color material container of the printer, as a response to the request for the information. 11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the information received in response to the request for information includes the color name, the RGB value, a model name of the color material container, and a remaining amount of color material in the color material container from the printer. 12. The method according to claim 11, further comprising: generating an image which includes the color and indicates the remaining amount of color material in the color material container based on the color and the remaining amount of color material in the color material container which the reception unit has received; anddisplaying the image which the generation unit generates. 13. The method according to claim 10, wherein the information received in response to the request for information includes the color name and the RGB value for each of the color material containers from the printer. 14. The method according to claim 10 further comprising: providing, via a control unit, an application with information about a remaining amount of color material in the color material container, an alignment sequence of the color material container, and a direction of arrangement of the color material container which indicates a direction in which the color material container is installed in the printer as left to right, front to rear, or bottom to top in the printer,wherein the application is configured to display the remaining amount of color material in the color material container in the alignment sequence according to the direction of arrangement of the color material container on the basis of the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the control unit, andtransferring, from the control unit, the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the printer to the application. 15. The method according to claim 14, comprising transferring, from the control unit, information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container and the direction of arrangement of the color material container received from the printer to the application when the control unit is successful in acquiring the information from the printer; and returning, from the control unit, the information about the remaining amount of color material in the color material container, the alignment sequence of the color material container, and the direction of arrangement of the color material container held by the control unit to the application when the control unit is unsuccessful in acquiring the information from the printer. 16. The method according to claim 14, comprising providing, from the control unit to the application, information about a direction of insertion of the color material container, and displaying, via the application, the direction of insertion of the color material container on the basis of the information about the direction of insertion of the color material container received from the control unit. 17. The method according to claim 10, comprising returning information about a display of an image of the color material container from the printer to the control unit in response to a request from the requiring unit. 18. The method according to claim 10, comprising: requiring install information which indicates whether the color material container is installed to the printer or not; andreceiving the install information from the printer. 19. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores a program configured to be executed in a system which includes an information processing apparatus and a printer provided with a color material container, the program comprising: program code for performing a request for information from the information processing apparatus to the printer; andprogram code for receiving, from the printer, a color name of color material in the color material container of the printer and an RGB value representing color of color material in the color material container of the printer, as a response to the request for the information. 20. The medium according to claim 19, wherein the information received in response to the request for information includes the color name, the RGB value, a model name of the color material container, and a remaining amount of color material in the color material container from the printer. 21. The medium according to claim 20, further comprising: program code for generating an image which includes the color and indicates the remaining amount of color material in the color material container based on the color and the remaining amount of color material in the color material container which the reception unit has received; andprogram code for displaying the image which the generation unit generates. 22.
