The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the height adjusting unit comprises a shaft rotatably disposed in the frame, a power transmission unit to transmit rotatory power of the shaft to the slider to move the slider, and a rotary handle to rotate the shaft. 4. The refrigerator of claim 3, wherein the power transmission unit includes a first pulley provided at both end portions of the shaft and disposed on one side of each slider, a second pulley disposed on an other side of the slider, and a belt coupled to the first pulley and the second pulley and connected to the slider. 5. The refrigerator of claim 3, wherein the rotary handle is provided on a bottom portion of the frame to prevent interference between the rotary handle and the cooling chamber door. 6. The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the height adjusting unit includes a lead screw disposed in a movement direction of each slider, a female screw unit screw-coupled to the lead screw and provided on the slider, and a lead screw is driving unit to rotate the lead screw. 7. The refrigerator of claim 6, wherein the lead screw driving unit includes a pulley provided in each lead screw, a belt coupled to the pulley, and a handle connected to the belt to rotate the belt. 8. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein a guide coupling portion is provided on an inner wall of the cooling chamber, to which the guide is coupled. 9. The refrigerator of claim 8, wherein a plurality of shelves are provided in an upper side or a lower side of the shelf assembly, and the refrigerator further comprises a shelf support member coupled to the guide coupling portion to support any one of the shelves. 10. The refrigerator of claim 9, wherein the shelf support member includes a plurality of support protrusions spaced apart vertically and selectively supporting the shelf. 11. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the protrusion accommodation portion defines the movement path of the protrusion in a manner of stopping the protrusion at one end of the protrusion accommodation portion when the protrusion is located on a lower side of the guiding portion and stopping the protrusion at the other end of the protrusion accommodation portion when the protrusion is located close to the entrance of the guide. 12. A refrigerator comprising: a refrigerator main body having a cooling chamber;a cooling chamber door to open and close the cooling chamber; anda shelf assembly provided within the cooling chamber such that a height thereof is adjustable,wherein the shelf assembly comprises:a panel having a cover, a frame supporting the cover, and a slider on both sides of the frame that is slidably movable,a protrusion provided on the slider to be movable with respect to the panel;a protrusion accommodation portion formed along a movement path of the protrusion such that the protrusion is movable forwardly and backwardly in an accommodated state therein;a guide to guide the protrusion such that the protrusion ascend and descend;a guiding portion formed to be sloped to guide the protrusion accommodated therein to ascend and descend, wherein at least part of the guiding portion overlaps the protrusion accommodation portion, and the protrusion is disposed in the at least part of the guiding portion through the protrusion accommodation portion, and ascends and descends along the guiding portion while moving along the protrusion accommodation portion; anda height adjusting unit to move the protrusion forwardly and backwardly with respect to the panel to adjust a height of the panel,wherein the height adjusting unit comprises:a shaft rotatably disposed in the frame and extended to both sides of the frame;a rotary handle to rotate the shaft; anda power transmission unit disposed at both sides of the frame to transmit rotatory power of the shaft to the slider on both sides of the frame to move the slider when the rotary handle is rotated. 13. The refrigerator of claim 12, wherein the rotary handle is provided on a bottom portion of the frame to prevent interference between the rotary handle and the cooling chamber door. 15. The refrigerator of claim 14, further comprising: a power transmission gear disposed between the shaft and the rotary handle, to transfer rotary power of the rotary handle to the shaft. 16. The refrigerator of claim 15, wherein the power transmission gear comprises: a first gear provided on a rotational shaft of the rotary handle; anda second gear provided on the shaft and engaged with the first gear. 17. The refrigerator of claim 16, wherein the rotational shaft and the shaft are perpendicular to each other. 18. The refrigerator of claim 17, wherein the panel further comprising: a rotary handle support portion provided on the bottom portion of the frame to rotatably support the rotational shaft of the rotary handle.
