The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the cover sheet extends along substantially the entire length of the chair. 3. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the frame has a substantially U shape. 4. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the cover sheet includes a support structure along a periphery of the cover sheet, and the support structure is affixed to the rear wall of the sliding unit. 5. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the cover sheet is positioned at an angle relative to the sliding unit. 6. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the cover sheet is made of a material that prevents the transmission of light. 7. The chair shade of claim 6, wherein the cover sheet is made of a tightly woven nylon. 8. The char shade of claim 4, wherein a support frame is made of a material having memory characteristics. 9. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the securing unit is a latch and hook strap. 10. The chair shade of claim 1, wherein the support structure is made of a material having a memory characteristic. 11. The chair of claim 1 wherein the cover sheet includes a support frame affixed to the periphery of the cover sheet. 12. The chair of claim 11, wherein the cover sheet includes an opening portion formed by a slit in the canopy between the center of the cover sheet and the support frame. 13. The chair of claim 12, wherein the opening includes two portions removablly affixed by a joining unit. 14. The chair of claim 12, wherein a surface of the chair is exposed to light when the two portions are slid along the support frame.
