A method for conveying information about a vehicle part to a user in a vehicle, comprising: a display element of a user interface displaying an image, the image at least partially visually resembling an interior of a vehicle and depicting at least a first vehicle part;maintaining multimedia information about the vehicle in a memory, the multimedia information being configured to convey information about one or more vehicle parts, a first multimedia information being configured to convey information about the first vehicle part and including one or more presentation images that convey information about the first vehicle part;receiving a selection input;determining an initial selection of the first vehicle part based on the selection input;changing a visual effect in the image in response to the initial selection of the first vehicle part;at or after the initial selection of the first vehicle part, displaying a message in the image to indicate that the first multimedia information is available;receiving an activation input; anddelivering the first multimedia information to the user interface in response to receiving the activation input;wherein delivering the first multimedia information to the user interface comprises the display element displaying the one or more presentation images that convey information about the first vehicle part. 2. A method as in claim 1, wherein the message comprises an icon. 3. A method as in claim 2 additionally comprising a user touching the icon on a touch-sensitive screen of the display element to initiate the step of receiving the activation input. 4. A method as in claim 1, wherein changing the visual effect in the image comprises at least part of the image changing color. 5. A method as in claim 1 additionally comprising the display element displaying a broad view image at least partially visually resembling an interior of the vehicle and depicting a first group of vehicle parts, receiving a view input, and in response to the view input the display element displaying a narrow view image at least partially visually resembling the interior of the vehicle and depicting a second group of at least one vehicle part, the second group being a subset of the first group and including the first vehicle part. 6. A method as in claim 5, comprising determining the initial selection of the first vehicle part and changing the visual effect in the image when the first vehicle part is centered within the narrow view image. 7. A method as in claim 1 additionally comprising an audio system delivering a voice speaking words identifying the function of the first vehicle part at or after the initial selection of the first vehicle part. 8. A method as in claim 1, wherein delivering the first multimedia information to the user interface comprises the display element presenting a series of presentation images in a predetermined sequence and delivering audio commentary. 9. A method as in claim 8, wherein delivering the first multimedia information to the user interface comprises the display element displaying video media including the series of presentation images. 10. A method as in claim 8, wherein the first vehicle part is configured to control a first operational aspect, and additionally comprising a software routine directing the first operational aspect to operate as part of delivery of the first multimedia information while the presentation images and commentary are being delivered. 11. A method for conveying information about a vehicle part to a user in a vehicle, comprising: displaying an image by a display element of a user interface, the image at least partially visually resembling an interior of a vehicle and depicting at least a first vehicle part;receiving a selection input selecting the first vehicle part;visually depicting a name or description of the selected first vehicle part by the display element;visually depicting by the display element an option to deliver multimedia information that is configured to convey information about the first vehicle part;receiving an activation input activating the option to deliver multimedia information;delivering the multimedia information to the user interface; anddisplaying a plurality of images conveying information about the first vehicle part;wherein the plurality of images are part of the multimedia information and are displayed by the display element. 12. A method as in claim 11, comprising displaying video media by the display element, wherein the video media is part of the multimedia information. 13. A method as in claim 11, wherein the name or description of the selected first vehicle part are displayed with the image. 14. A method as in claim 11, wherein the option to deliver multimedia information is displayed with the image. 15. A method as in claim 11, wherein the display element comprises a touch-screen interface, and additionally comprising a user providing the activation input by touching the touch-screen interface. 16. A method as in claim 15, wherein the user interface additionally comprises phone equipment, and additionally comprising the user operating the phone equipment using the touch-screen interface. 17. A system for conveying information about a vehicle part to a user in a vehicle, comprising: multimedia information electronically stored in a memory, the multimedia information configured to use audio and video media to convey information concerning vehicle parts;a user interface having a display element and communicating with a processor;the display element configured to display a display image visually resembling an interior of a vehicle, the display image depicting a first vehicle part;the processor configured to detect a selecting input from the user selecting the first vehicle part depicted in the display image;the system configured to deliver a first part multimedia information to the user interface, the first part multimedia information being configured to convey information about the first vehicle part;wherein the processor is configured to direct video media of the first part multimedia information to be displayed on the display element. 18. A system as in claim 17, wherein the processor is configured to direct the display element to change a visual effect in the display image when the processor detects the selecting input from the user selecting the first vehicle part. 19. A system as in claim 18, wherein the processor is configured to direct the display element to add an icon to the display image at or after the processor detects the selecting input. 20. A system as in claim 18, wherein the processor is configured to detect an activation input from the user, and to direct the system to deliver the first part multimedia information to the user interface upon detecting the activation input. 21.
