Methods of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site are provided. An adjustable loop region of a flexible construct contained in a bore defined by a fastener is passed through a tissue. The adjustable loop is passed through the tissue. The fastener is passed back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself. The fastener is attached to the bone. An adjusting arm on the flexible construct is engaged to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone.

The method of claim 1, further comprising interlacing a plurality of adjustable loops from a plurality of fasteners to form a suture bridge. 8. The method of claim 1, further comprising forming the adjustable loop by passing a first end of a hollow suture through a first opening on the hollow suture, advancing the first end through a passage formed in the hollow suture, and pulling the first end out of a second opening on the hollow suture. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein passing an adjustable loop from within a bore of a fastener further comprises advancing the adjustable loop through a transverse suture receiving channel formed in an exterior surface of the fastener, the transverse suture receiving port extending through only one exterior side of the fastener. 10. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising: passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct from a longitudinal bore defined by a fastener through the soft tissue by advancing the adjustable loop from within the longitudinal bore of the fastener and through a transverse flexible construct-receiving bore proximal to a distal end of the fastener;passing the fastener back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself;attaching the fastener to the bone; andpulling an adjusting arm of the flexible construct to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone;wherein the adjustable loop forms a closed loop extending from the adjusting arm, the closed loop being maintained outside of the fastener after being advanced through the transverse flexible construct-receiving bore while the adjusting arm extends through the longitudinal bore when the adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue and the soft tissue is secured to the bone. 11. The method of claim 10, wherein the faster is passed back through the adjustable loop at the defect site. 12. The method of claim 10, further comprising securing the adjustable loop to a proximal end of the fastener with a restriction element. 13. The method of claim 10, further comprising pulling the adjusting arm at a proximal end of the fastener to cause reduction of the adjustable loop at the distal end of the fastener. 14. The method of claim 10, further comprising forming the adjustable loop by passing a first end of a hollow suture through a first opening on the hollow suture, advancing the first end through a passage formed in the hollow suture, and pulling the first end out of a second opening on the hollow suture. 15. The method of claim 10, wherein passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct further comprises advancing the adjustable loop down a longitudinal suture-receiving channel formed in an exterior surface of the fastener, the transverse suture-receiving bore extending perpendicularly from the longitudinal bore and through only one exterior side of the fastener so as to communicate with the longitudinal bore and the longitudinal suture receiving channel formed in the exterior of the fastener. 16. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising: passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct from a bore defined by a fastener through the soft tissue;mounting the adjustable loop to an adjustable loop mount on a proximal region of a driver;passing an adjusting arm of the flexible construct through an internal bore disposed in the driver and retaining the adjusting arm in an adjusting arm receptacle positioned at the proximal region of the driver, the internal bore extending longitudinally through the driver from a distal end configured to engage the fastener to the proximal region so as to communicate with the adjusting arm receptacle;passing the fastener back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself;attaching the fastener to the bone; andpulling the adjusting arm of the flexible construct to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone;wherein the adjustable loop forms a closed loop extending from the adjusting arm, the closed loop being maintained outside of the fastener after being passed from the fastener bore while the adjusting arm extends into the fastener and through the fastener bore when the adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue, folded upon itself and the soft tissue is secured to the bone. 17. The method of claim 16, further comprising connecting the fastener to the distal end of the driver and maintaining tension in the flexible construct while the fastener is connected to the driver. 18. The method of claim 16, further comprising securing the adjustable loop to a proximal end of the fastener with a restriction element. 19. The method of claim 16, further comprising pulling the adjusting arm at the proximal region of the driver to cause reduction of the adjustable loop at the distal end of the fastener. 20.
