The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, wherein the first biasing member is configured to open the first valve body by the first predetermined fluid pressure acting on the first valve body, the first predetermined fluid pressure being insufficient to open the second valve body. 3. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, wherein the at least one outlet comprises two outlets. 4. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 3, further comprising a second igniter. 5. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 3, further comprising two flame directors each configured to direct a flame from the respective outlet towards the thermocouple. 6. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second biasing members comprise at least one of a spring and a diaphragm. 7. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, further comprising at least one adjustable valve seat configured to calibrate the first valve body. 8. A heating system comprising a control valve, a burner, and the oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, the control valve configured to control a flow of fuel to the oxygen depletion sensor and the burner, wherein the heating system is part of a water heater, a fireplace, a gas oven, a stove, a BBQ, or a gas dryer. 9. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a first air intake and a second air intake. 10. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 9, wherein the first injector comprising a first orifice and the second injector comprising a second orifice, each of the first and second injectors configured to direct fuel from the single inlet and towards the at least one outlet while drawing air into the housing through the respective first and second air intakes. 11. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 10, wherein the first orifice having a size different from the second orifice. 12. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 9, wherein the first air intake having a size different from the second air intake. 13. An oxygen depletion sensor comprising: a thermocouple;an igniter;a housing coupled to the thermocouple and the igniter, and the housing having a single inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet;a first injector positioned within the housing and configured to direct fuel to the first outlet;a second injector positioned within the housing and configured to direct fuel to the second outlet;a first valve body and a first biasing member positioned within the housing to control flow of fuel from the single inlet to the first injector; anda second valve body and a second biasing member positioned within the housing to control flow of fuel from the single inlet to the second injector;wherein at a first predetermined fluid pressure the first valve body is configured to be open and the second valve body is configured to be closed and at a second predetermined fluid pressure, greater than the first, the first valve body is configured to be closed by the second predetermined fluid pressure acting on the first valve body and the second valve body is configured to be opened by the second predetermined fluid pressure acting on the second valve body. 14. The oxygen depletion sensor of claim 13, further comprising a second igniter. 15.
