A storage rack unit includes a pair of spaced planar end plates, an intermediate stabilizer panel and a plurality of dowels which extend between the two end plates. Each of the end plates has spaced dowel end receiving holes, each of whose longitudinal axes are angled with respect to a line perpendicular to the plane of each end plate. The angles of the holes in the first end plate are different from the angles of the holes in the second end plate.
