Methods, computer program products, and systems are described that include accepting at least one indication of a bioactive agent use by an individual and/or assigning an artificial sensory experience to monitor at least one desired effect of the bioactive agent on the individual.

The method of claim 1, wherein accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: accepting at least one indication of use of the at least one bioactive agent by the individual. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: accepting at least one indication of non-use of the at least one bioactive agent by the individual. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: matching a social network with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched social network selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: matching a social network including at least interaction by one or more avatars, the interaction including at least enabling one or more social networking accounts for one or more users. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: matching a social network including at least interaction by one or more avatars, the interaction including at least enabling access by a first social networking account to at least some images associated with a second social networking account. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: determining at least one quantity of social networking messages created via at least one social networking account associated with the individual. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein correlating at least one decreased amount of the at least one desired activity during the matched virtual world with an indication of the individual's non-compliance with the prescription comprises: determining a first number of social networking messages created via at least one social networking account associated with the individual previous to an event related to the prescription;determining a second number of social networking messages created via the at least one social networking account during monitoring of the at least one level of the at least one desired activity; anddetermining whether the second number of social networking messages is at least greater than or equal to the first number of social networking messages and, if the second number of social networking messages is not at least greater than or equal to the first number of social networking messages, outputting an indication related to the individual's non-compliance with the prescription. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating the amount of activity with the indication of the individual's non-compliance comprises: providing an indication of a number of social networking interactions via at least one social networking account associated with the individual during monitoring of the at least one level of the at least one desired activity, the indication of a number of social networking interactions associated with a reduced number of social networking interactions relative to an expected number of social networking interactions. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual, matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent, monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world, correlating at least one decreased amount of the at least one desired activity during the matched virtual world with an indication of the individual's non-compliance with the prescription, and reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating the amount of activity with the indication of the individual's non-compliance comprise: accepting the at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent via at least one process running on at least one computing device associated with the individual, matching a social networking activity via a search initiated by the at least one computing device, gathering at least some social networking data via at least one process running on the at least one computing device, comparing via at least one process running on the at least one computing device a number of social networking interactions previous to the accepting at least one indication with a number of social networking interactions subsequent to the accepting at least one indication, and transmitting from the at least one computing device at least one finding related to the comparing. 11. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world, the matched virtual world rendered to the individual at a local location. 12. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world, the matched virtual world rendered to the individual at a distal location. 13. A system, comprising: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual;means for matching a virtual world with an indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least some avatar interaction by an individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent;means for monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of an individual during a matched virtual world;means for correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar interaction during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a prescription; andmeans for reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating an amount of avatar interaction with an indication of an individual's non-compliance,wherein at least one of the means for accepting, means for matching, means for monitoring, means for correlating, or means for reporting is at least partially implemented in hardware. 14. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual and the means for correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar interaction during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a prescription comprise: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one antidepressant specified by a prescription for an individual and means for correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar interaction during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a physician's prescription for the antidepressant. 15. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual and the means for correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar interaction during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a prescription comprise: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one antidepressant specified by a prescription for an individual and means for correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar interaction during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a physician's prescription for the antidepressant based at least partially on at least one expected tendency to be less active socially when depressed. 16. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during a matched virtual world comprise: means for immersing the individual in at least one matched social networking environment to elicit the avatar interaction by the individual. 17. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one substance subject to abuse used by the individual. 21. The system of claim 20, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one substance subject to abuse used by the individual comprises: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one of alcohol use, psychoactive drug use, tranquilizer abuse, methamphetamine use, tobacco use, marijuana use, or narcotic use. 22. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: means for accepting at least one indication of nutraceutical use by the individual. 23. The system of claim 22, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of nutraceutical use by the individual comprises: means for accepting at least one indication of at least one of a memory supplement, an anti-oxidant, a cancer preventative, a weight adjustment agent, or a mood-changing agent. 24. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for matching a virtual world with an indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least some avatar interaction by an individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: means for matching a sensate experience. 25. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of an individual during a matched virtual world comprises: means for assessing at least one reaction to at least one of an olfactory stimulus, a haptic stimulus, a visual stimulus, an auditory stimulus, or a taste stimulus for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world. 26. The system of claim 13, wherein the means for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: means for accepting at least one identification of at least one bioactive agent prescribed for the individual, the accepting at least one identification at least partially via a drug sensor. 35. A system, comprising: circuitry for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual;circuitry for matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with an indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by an individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent;circuitry for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of an individual during a matched virtual world;circuitry for correlating at least one decreased amount of at least one desired activity during a matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a prescription; andcircuitry for reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating an amount of activity with an indication of an individual's non-compliance. 36. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating an amount of activity with an indication of an individual's non-compliance comprises: circuitry for reporting an indication of an individual's non-compliance with a prescription. 37. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: circuitry for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for at least one of a computer game participant, a social networking tool user, a virtual world participant, an online student, an online medical information user, or an on-line shopper. 38. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of an individual during a matched virtual world comprises: circuitry for receiving data from an automated medical device. 39. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with an indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by an individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: circuitry for assigning a virtual world, a modification to a virtual world, a computer game, a modification to a computer game, a website, a modification to a website, an online course, or a modification to an online course. 40. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of an individual during a matched virtual world comprises: circuitry for monitoring at least one of physical activity, body weight, body mass index, heart rate, blood oxygen level, or blood pressure temporally associated with an artificial sensory experience. 41. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of an individual during a matched virtual world comprises: circuitry for monitoring a neurophysiological measurement. 42. The system of claim 41, wherein the circuitry for monitoring a neurophysiological measurement comprises: circuitry for measuring at least one physiologic activity using at least one of electroencephalography, computed axial tomography, positron emission tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, functional magnetic resonance imaging, functional near-infrared imaging, or magnetoencephalography. 43. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with an indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by an individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: circuitry for assigning an artificial sensory experience to measure at least one effect of the bioactive agent in at least one of near real time or real time. 44. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for monitoring at least one level of at least one desired activity of an individual during a matched virtual world comprises: circuitry for measuring visual field test function output, eye movement test function output, pupil movement test function output, face pattern test function output, hearing test function output, or voice test function output. 45. The method of claim 50, wherein accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual comprises: accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual, the prescription for the individual related to an indication of at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety. 52. The method of claim 50, wherein matching a virtual world with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least some avatar interaction by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent comprises: matching a virtual world with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least some avatar interaction by the individual, wherein a level of avatar interaction is capable of indicating at least one degree of at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety. 53. The method of claim 50, wherein monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: obtaining at least some social networking communications by a social networking account associated with the individual. 54. The method of claim 53, wherein obtaining at least some social networking communications by a social networking account associated with the individual comprises: determining whether at least one obtained social networking communication includes at least one reference to at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety. 55. The method of claim 53, wherein obtaining at least some social networking communications by a social networking account associated with the individual comprises: determining whether at least one obtained social networking communication includes at least one interaction with at least one social networking group associated with at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety. 56. The method of claim 50, wherein correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar activity during the matched virtual world with an indication of the individual's non-compliance with the prescription comprises: determining whether at least one social networking account associated with the individual has accessed at least one social networking group associated with at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety and, if the at least one social networking account associated with the individual has not accessed at least one social networking group associated with at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety, indicating that the individual is not complying with the prescription. 57. The method of claim 50, wherein reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating the amount of avatar activity with the indication of the individual's non-compliance comprises: transmitting one or more indications related to compliance with the prescription to one or more destinations related to one or more medical professionals associated with the prescription. 58. The method of claim 50, wherein accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual, matching a virtual world with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least some avatar interaction by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent, monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world, correlating at least one decreased amount of avatar activity during the matched virtual world with an indication of the individual's non-compliance with the prescription, and reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating the amount of avatar activity with the indication of the individual's non-compliance comprise: receiving at least one indication of an account signup by the individual for at least one website associated with treatment of at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety, providing at least one electronic forum via the at least one website, determining at least one number of interactions via the at least one electronic forum associated with the account, and if the at least one number of interactions is less than an expected number of interactions, transmitting at least one communication to the at least one account, the at least one communication intended for access by the individual and associated with at least one reminder for the individual to participate via the at least one electronic forum for support related to the at least one of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or anxiety. 59. The method of claim 50, wherein monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world, the matched virtual world rendered to the individual at a local location. 60. The method of claim 50, wherein monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world comprises: monitoring at least one level of avatar interaction of the individual during the matched virtual world, the matched virtual world rendered to the individual at a distal location. 61. A computer program product, comprising: at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium including at least: one or more instructions for accepting at least one indication of at least one bioactive agent specified by a prescription for an individual;one or more instructions for matching a virtual world including at least interaction by one or more avatars with the indicated at least one bioactive agent, the matched virtual world selected to elicit at least one desired activity by the individual relating to an effect of the indicated at least one bioactive agent;one or more instructions for monitoring at least one level of the at least one desired activity of the individual during the matched virtual world;one or more instructions for correlating at least one decreased amount of the at least one desired activity during the matched virtual world with an indication of an individual's non-compliance with the prescription; andone or more instructions for reporting at least some compliance data based at least partially on correlating the amount of activity with the indication of the individual's non-compliance.
