The motor vehicle body according to claim 1, wherein the stiffening strut is a pultruded or pressed composite fiber material stiffening strut with a fiber content, based on a total volume of the composite fiber material, in the range of 50% to 75%. 5. The motor vehicle body according to claim 4, wherein the composite fiber material stiffening strut has a fiber content based on the total volume of the composite fiber material of 65%. 6. The motor vehicle body according to claim 4, wherein the composite fiber material stiffening strut has a fiber content based on the total volume of the composite fiber material of 70%. 7. The motor vehicle body according to claim 1, wherein the composite fiber material comprises: a carbon fiber composite material with a plastic matrix, ora hybrid-composite fiber material with a light metal alloy matrix of aluminum, a magnesium alloy matrix, or metal fibers. 8. The motor vehicle body according to claim 1, wherein the stiffening strut comprises an internal metal core along the length of the strut. 9.
