The payment terminal of claim 3, further comprising a printer, wherein the main processor is operatively connected to the printer, the printer comprising: a printer body defining a printing substrate receptacle having a printer opening;a printer door hinged to the printer body along a first edge of the printer opening, the printer door operable between: a closed position, wherein the printer door substantially seals the printer opening and cooperatively defines a gap between a first edge of the printer door and a second edge of the printer opening;an open position, wherein the first edge of the printer door is distal the second edge of the printer opening; anda first and second toothed substrate separation mechanism arranged along the first edge of the printer door and second edge of the printer opening, respectively. 6. The payment terminal of claim 5, wherein the first display comprises a first and second opposing, parallel broad face and an active surface extending along the first broad face, wherein the printer is arranged along a portion of the second broad face proximal a second end of the first display opposing the first end of the first display. 7. The payment terminal of claim 6, wherein the printer body comprises an arcuate surface, wherein the gap is defined parallel a longitudinal axis of the arcuate surface, and wherein the printer body is arranged with the gap substantially parallel the second end of the first display. 8. The payment terminal of claim 7, wherein the printer body, second broad face, and second display cooperatively form a handle. 9. The payment terminal of claim 6, further comprising: a secondary battery electrically connected to the main processor; anda step-up converter electrically connected between the secondary battery and the printer, the step-up converter configured to convert battery power to printer power. 10. The payment terminal of claim 9, wherein the secondary battery is arranged proximal a second edge of the second display opposing the first end of the second display. 11. A payment terminal, comprising: a display;an input device configured to generate input signals indicative of a user input;a payment instrument reader configured to receive payment instrument data from a financial payment instrument;a main processor connected to the display;a secure input processor connected to the input device and configured to generate input coordinates based on the input signals;a secure processor, separate and distinct from the main processor, that is connected to the payment instrument reader, the secure processor operable between:a secured mode, wherein the secure processor interprets input coordinates received from the secure input processor based on a locally stored coordinate map; andan unsecured mode, wherein the secure processor sends the input coordinates to the main processor. 12. The payment terminal of claim 11, further comprising: a second display statically coupled by a junction to the first display at an obtuse angle; anda second data input configured to receive a second set of input signals indicative of a second user input;wherein the second display and second data input are connected to the main processor, wherein the main processor is configured to control the second display and receive the second set of input signals from the second data input. 13. The payment terminal of claim 11, wherein the payment instrument reader comprises a magnetic stripe reader and an integrated circuit card reader. 14. The payment terminal of claim 13, wherein the payment instrument reader comprises a reader body defining a card aperture configured to receive a card, wherein the magnetic stripe reader is disposed along a portion of a card aperture edge and the integrated circuit card reader is disposed proximal a reader body end opposing the card aperture. 15. The payment terminal of claim 11, wherein the secure processor and the main processor are connected by a single wired connection. 16. The payment terminal of claim 11, further comprising a set of sensors connected to the main processor. 17. The payment terminal of claim 16, wherein the set of sensors comprises a camera, wherein the camera is connected to and controlled by the main processor. 18. The payment terminal of claim 17, wherein the camera comprises a camera active surface, wherein the camera is arranged with a normal vector of the camera active surface at an angle between parallel and perpendicular to a display broad face. 19. The payment terminal of claim 18, wherein the display comprises a contact surface configured to support the display in a predetermined configuration on a support surface, wherein the camera is arranged along an end of display with the camera active surface normal vector perpendicular a normal vector of the contact surface. 20. The payment terminal of claim 11, further comprising a wireless communication module connected to the main processor.
