An apparatus may include a conductive wire and a plug. The plug may be electrically and mechanically coupled to the conductive wire. The plug may include a non-conductive overmold, an electrically conductive barrel, and a lip. The non-conductive overmold may surround the conductive wire. The electrically conductive barrel may extend from the overmold, and may have a width that is smaller than a width of the overmold. The lip may extend from the barrel in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction in which the barrel extends from the overmold. A distance from an outer portion of the lip to an opposite outer portion of the lip may be at least twice a length that the barrel extends from the overmold.

1. An electrical device comprising: a housing forming a recess configured to receive a plug, the housing including at least two pairs of parallel walls defining the recess and a base closing one end of the recess;at least two retention nodes, the retention nodes being flexible and conductive and extending from opposite walls of the housing into the recess, the retention nodes being coupled to a node of a power source of the electrical device; anda power input extending from the base of the housing into the recess, the power input having a length of protrusion into the recess no greater than half of a width of the power input, wherein a relative length of the power input compared to the width of the power input prevents the power input from becoming stuck inside a socket of the plug when the plug is removed from the electrical device. 2. The electrical device of claim 1, wherein the retention nodes extend one-eighth of an inch or less from the walls of the housing. 3. The electrical device of claim 1, further comprising springs coupled to the retention nodes, the springs applying pressure to the retention nodes to press the retention nodes out of the housing and into the recess. 4. The electrical device of claim 1, wherein the at least two retention nodes are adapted to secure the plug within the recess. 5. The electrical device of claim 1, wherein a width of the recess from one wall to an opposite wall is at least twice a depth of the recess from the base to an opposite end of the recess. 6. The electrical device of claim 1, wherein the power input is coupled to a second node of the power source of the electrical device. 7. The electrical device of claim 6, wherein the power input is configured to retract into the housing in response to pressure. 8. The electrical device of claim 6, further comprising a coil pressing the power input out of the base and into the recess. 9. The electrical device of claim 6, further comprising: a rechargeable battery coupled to the power input; anda ground node coupled to the retention nodes. 10. The electrical device of claim 1, wherein the power input is dome-shaped. 11. An electrical device comprising: a housing forming a recess configured to receive a plug, the housing including walls surrounding the recess and a base closing one end of the recess, a width of the recess from one wall to an opposite wall being at least twice a depth of the recess from the base to an opposite end of the recess;a power input at the base extending into the recess, the power input being coupled to a first node of a power source of the electrical device; andat least two retention nodes, the at least two retention nodes being flexible and conductive and extending from opposite walls of the housing into the recess, the retention nodes being coupled to a second node of the power source of the electrical device, wherein a relative shortness of the recess allows the plug to easily fall out of the recess. 12. The electrical device of claim 11, wherein the recess is cylindrical. 13. The electrical device of claim 11, wherein the power input is configured to retract in response to pressure. 14. The electrical device of claim 11, wherein the power input is coupled to a spring. 15. The electrical device of claim 11, wherein the first node of the power source includes a positive power node and the second node of the power source includes a ground node. 16. The electrical device of claim 11, further comprising a spring pressing the power input out of the base and into the recess. 17. The electrical device of claim 11, wherein the retention nodes extend one-eighth of an inch or less from the walls into the recess. 18. An electrical device comprising: a housing forming a recess configured to receive a plug, the housing including at least two pairs of parallel walls defining the recess and a base closing one end of the recess;at least two retention nodes, the retention nodes comprising coils and extending from opposite walls of the housing into the recess, the retention nodes being coupled to a node of a power source of the electrical device; anda power input extending from the base of the housing into the recess, the power input comprising a coil.
