In the container of claim 1 wherein said base portion is a truncated hemispherical shaped section. 5. In the container of claim 1 wherein said base portion has an outer surface and an inner surface, the outer surface of said base portion smoothly curves from said bottom up to the intersection with said tapered section. 6.
