The portable spill containment system according to claim 1, further comprising an enclosure that extends above the grate and encloses containers supported by the grate. 9. A portable spill containment system comprising: at least one grate for supporting one or more containers, the grate defining a plurality of drain holes;a flexible bag including a bag bottom and a bag sidewall that define an interior for containing material that passes through the drain holes of the grate;a plurality of pedestals disposed within the interior of the flexible bag that support the at least one grate, the plurality of pedestals each including a top wall with a primarily planar face that faces the grate, anda plurality of primary projections that extend from the planar face of the top wall toward the grate;a plurality of post brackets that each include an upper wall and a lower wall, the upper wall defining a post hole, wherein the grate is disposed between the upper wall and the lower wall; anda plurality of posts that each include a first end and a second end, the second end being opposite the first end and being received in the post hole of the respective post bracket, wherein the first end of the respective post is vertically spaced from the grate a distance that is greater than a vertical distance between the second end of the respective post and the grate. 10. The portable spill containment system of claim 9, the post bracket further comprising a retention member that extends from the upper wall toward the lower wall so as to be received by at least one of the drain holes. 11. The portable spill containment system of claim 10, the post bracket further comprising a partition wall that joins the upper wall and the lower wall so that the partition wall is disposed between the respective post and the grate, wherein the retention member has an X-shaped cross-section. 12. The portable spill containment system of claim 10, the post bracket further comprising a connecting wall that joins the upper wall and the lower wall so that the respective post is disposed between the connecting wall of the respective post bracket and the grate, wherein the retention member has a square cross-sectional shape. 13. The portable spill containment system of claim 10, further comprising a post boss that extends from the lower wall toward the upper wall so as to be in registry with the post hole for engagement with the second end of the post. 14. A portable spill containment system comprising: at least one grate that supports a container, the grate defining a plurality of drain holes;a flexible bag that defines an interior to contain leakage from the container that passes through the drain holes of the grate, the flexible bag including a bag bottom and a bag sidewall, the bag bottom and the bag sidewall each including an interior surface that faces the grate and an exterior surface that is opposite the respective interior surface;a plurality of first beams being spaced from one another, the first beams each including a first beam top surface that faces the grate and a first beam bottom surface that is opposite the first beam top surface; anda plurality of second beams being spaced from one another and crossing the plurality of first beams, the second beams each including a second beam top surface that faces the grate and a second beam bottom surface that is opposite the second beam top surface,wherein the first beams and the second beams are disposed within the flexible bag so that at least one of the first beam top surfaces and the second beam top surfaces contacts the grate and at least one of the first beam bottom surfaces and the second beam bottom surfaces contacts the interior surface of the bag bottom of the flexible bag. 15. The portable spill containment system of claim 14, the first beams including a plurality of fingers and the flexible bag including a plurality of yokes that extend toward the interior of the flexible bag, wherein the fingers of the first beams removably engage the respective yokes of the flexible bag to attach the flexible bag to the first beams. 16. The portable spill containment system according to claim 1, further comprising a carrying handle attached to an exterior surface of the flexible bag at a plurality of locations so as to define a loop. 17. The portable spill containment system of claim 16, further comprising a plurality of packing straps that encircle the flexible bag, the packing straps being disposed so as to be spaced from and on opposite sides of the carrying handle. 18. A portable spill containment system comprising: a flexible bag including a bag bottom and a bag sidewall that cooperate to define an interior;a plurality of separate and distinct spaced apart first beams;a plurality of separate and distinct spaced apart second beams; andat least one perforated grate for supporting one or more containers;wherein the plurality of second beams cross the plurality of first beams to form an interconnected grid structure,wherein the interconnected grid structure is disposed within the interior of the flexible bag, andwherein the interconnected grid structure supports the at least one grate. 19. The portable spill containment system of claim 18, wherein the flexible bag is removably secured to the plurality of first beams by yokes that extend from the flexible bag toward the interior and pass around fingers provided on the first beams. 20. The portable spill containment system of claim 18, wherein the plurality of first beams and the plurality of second beams each include joining channels that cooperate to permit the plurality of second beams to cross the plurality of first beams to form the interconnected grid structure.
