A closure fitting for enclosing a portion of one or more carrier conduits between a first containment conduit section and a second containment conduit section, wherein the first containment conduit section has a proximal end portion terminal in an open end, wherein the second containment conduit has a proximal end portion terminating in an open end, and wherein the open end of the first containment section proximal end portion is opposed to and spaced apart from the open end of the second containment section proximal end portion, the closure fitting comprising: (a) a first cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end;(b) a second cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the second body being reversibly attached in fluid tight communication to the proximal end of the first body;(c) a first seal for sealing the first body to the proximal end portion of the first containment conduit and a second seal for sealing the second body to the proximal end portion of the second containment conduit, wherein (i) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section, or (ii) the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section, or (iii) the first seal allows the first body to axial move with respect to the first containment conduit section and the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section; and(d) a third seal for reversibly sealing the proximal end of the first body to the proximal end of the second body;whereby the closure fitting forms a cylinder which is capable of sealing in fluid tight fashion the proximal end portion of the first containment conduit to the proximal end portion of the second containment conduit, but whereby the first body and the second body are capable of being reversibly and axially separated from one another to allow access to one or more carrier conduits disposed between the first containment conduit section and the second containment conduit section;wherein the first body and the second body are prevented from sliding off of the first and second containment conduit sections by a stop attachable to the exterior of both the first and second containment conduit sections; and wherein each stop is provided by a gripper ring having a smaller inner diameter than the outer diameter of a containment conduit section such that the gripper ring inner diameter bends slightly to accommodate the larger outer diameter of the containment conduit section and, when slid onto the containment section in a first direction, resists being slipped off of the containment section in a reverse direction. 5. The closure fitting of claim 4 wherein the first seal, the second seal, or each of the first and second seals comprise a seal carrier having a cylindrical body with a cylindrical external surface and a cylindrical internal surface, each seal carrier being sized and dimensioned to slip over the proximal end portion of one of the containment conduit sections and be attached to such containment section proximal end portion in a way that the seal carrier is sealed to the proximal end portion of such containment conduit portion. 6. The closure fitting of claim 5 wherein the cylindrical external surface comprises one or more indentations, and one or more gaskets positioned in the one or more indentations. 7. The closure fitting of claim/wherein the gaskets comprise O-rings. 8. The closure fitting of claim 4 wherein both the first body and second body define an interior surface having one or more indentations at their distal ends, the first body and second body further comprising one or more gaskets positioned in the one or more indentations. 9. The closure fitting of claim 8 wherein the gaskets are O-rings. 10. The closure fitting of claim 4 wherein the first and second cylindrical bodies are sufficiently transparent to allow visual access to their interiors. 11. A closure fitting kit comprising: (a) a first cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end;(b) a second cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end an distal end the proximal end of the second body being sized and dimensioned to reversibly attach to the proximal end of the first body;(c) a first seal capable of sealing the first body to a proximal end portion of a first containment conduit section and a second seal capable of sealing the second body to a proximal end portion of a second containment conduit section, wherein (i) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section, or (ii) the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section, or (iii) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section and the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section;(d) a third seal capable of reversibly sealing the proximal end of the first body to the proximal end of the second boy in fluid tight communication; and(e) a first end cap and a second end cap. 12. A closure fitting kit comprising: (a) a first cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end;(b) a second cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the second body being sized and dimensioned to reversibly attach to the proximal end of the first body;(c) a first seal capable of sealing the first body to a proximal end portion of a first containment conduit section and a second seal capable of sealing the second body to a proximal end portion of a second containment conduit section, wherein (i) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section, or (ii) the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section, or (iii) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section and the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section;(d) a third seal capable of reversibly sealing the proximal end of the first body to the proximal end of the second body in fluid tight communication; and(e) a nut attachable to threads defined in the proximal end of one of the cylindrical bodies. 13. The closure fitting kit of claim 11 or 12 further comprising a first seal O-ring, a second seal O-ring, and a third seal O-ring. 14. The closure fitting kit of claim 11 or 12 further comprising a first seal carrier and a second seal carrier. 15. A method of enclosing a portion of one or more carrier conduits between a first containment conduit section and a second containment conduit section, wherein the first containment conduit section has a proximal end portion terminating in an open end, wherein the second containment conduit has a proximal end portion terminating in an open end, and wherein the open end of the first containment section proximal end portion is opposed to and spaced apart from the open en of the second containment section proximal end portion, the method comprising the steps of: a) providing a closure fitting kit comprising: i) a first cylindrical hollow body having proximal end and a distal end;ii) a second cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the second body being sized and dimensioned to reversibly attach to the proximal end of the first body;iii) a first seal sized and dimensioned for sealing the first body to a proximal end portion of a first containment conduit section and a second seal sized and dimensioned for sealing the second body to a proximal end portion of a second containment conduit section, wherein (i) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section, or (ii) the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section, or (iii) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section and the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section;iv) wherein the first seal comprises a first seal carrier, the first seal carrier having a cylindrical body with a cylindrical external surface and a cylindrical internal surface, and being sized and dimensioned to slip over the proximal end of the first containment conduit section and be attached to the second containment conduit section proximal end in a way that the first seal carrier is sealed to the proximal end of the first containment conduit section:v) wherein the second seal comprises a second seal carrier, the second seal carrier having cylindrical body with a cylindrical external surface and a cylindrical internal surface, and being sized and dimensioned to slip over the proximal end of the second containment conduit section and be attached to the second containment conduit section proximal end in a way that the second seal carrier is sealed to the proximal end of the second containment conduit section; and vi) a third seal sized and dimensioned for reversibly sealing the proximal end of the first to body to the proximal end of the second body in fluid tight communication;b) disconnecting all of the carrier conduits at locations between the first containment conduit section and the second containment conduit section;c) attaching the first seal carrier to the proximal end of the first containment conduit section;d) attaching the second seal carrier to the proximal end of the second containment conduit section;e) sliding the first cylindrical body onto the proximal end of the first containment conduit section such that the first cylindrical body surrounds the proximal end of the first containment conduit section and sealing the first cylindrical body to the first containment conduit section;f) sliding the second cylindrical body onto the proximal end of the second containment conduit section such that the second cylindrical body surrounds the proximal end of the second containment conduit section and sealing the second cylindrical body to the second containment conduit section;g) reconnecting the carrier conduits; andh) sealing the proximal ends of the first and second bodies with the third seal; wherein the kit further comprises first and second end caps, and the method further comprises the step of placing the first and second end caps onto the first and second containment conduit sections, respectively, after step a) and before step b), and attaching the first and second end caps to the distal ends of the first and second bodies. 16. A method of enclosing a portion of one or more carrier conduits between a first containment conduit section and a second containment conduit section, wherein the first containment conduit section has a proximal end portion terminating in an open end, wherein the second containment conduit has a proximal end portion terminating in an open end, and wherein the open end of the first containment section proximal end portion is opposed to and spaced apart from the opened of the second containment section proximal end portion, the method comprising the steps of: a) providing closure fitting kit composing: i) a first cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end;ii) a second cylindrical hollow body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the second body being sized and dimensioned to reversibly attach to the proximal end of the first body;iii) a first seal sized and dimensioned for sealing the first body to a proximal end portion of a first containment conduit section and a second seal sized and dimensioned for sealing the second body to a proximal end portion of a second containment conduit section, wherein (i) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with respect to the first containment conduit section, or (ii) the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section, or (iii) the first seal allows the first body to axially move with resect to the first containment conduit section and the second seal allows the second body to axially move with respect to the second containment conduit section;iv) wherein the first seal comprises a first seal carrier, the first carrier having a cylindrical body with a cylindrical external surface and a cylindrical internal surface, and being sized and dimensioned to slip over the proximal end of the first containment conduit section and be attached to the second containment conduit section proximal end in a way that the first seal carrier is sealed to the proximal end of the first containment conduit section;v) herein the second seal comprise a second seal carrier, the second seal carrier having a cylindrical body with a cylindrical external surface and a cylindrical internal surface, and being sized and dimensioned to slip over the proximal end of the second containment conduit section and be attached to the second containment conduit section proximal end in a way that the second seal carrier is sealed to the proximal end of the second containment conduit section; andvi) a third seal sized and dimensioned for reversibly sealing the proximal end of the first body to the proximal end of the second body in fluid tight communication;b) disconnecting all of the carrier conduits at locations between the first containment conduit section and the second containment conduit section;c) attaching the first seal carrier to the proximal end of the first containment conduit section;d) attaching the second seal carrier to the proximal end of the second containment conduit section;e) sliding the first cylindrical body onto the proximal end of the first containment conduit section such that the first cylindrical body surrounds the proximal end of the first containment conduit section and sealing the first cylindrical body to the first containment conduit section;f) sliding the second cylindrical body onto the proximal end of the second containment conduit section such that the second cylindrical body surrounds the proximal end of the second containment conduit section and sealing the second cylindrical body to the second contaminant conduit section;g) reconnecting the carrier conduits; andh) sealing the proximal ends of the first and second bodies with the third seat and wherein the third seal comprises a nut attachable to threads defined in the proximal end of one of the cylindrical bodies, and the method further comprises the steps of attaching the threaded nut to the threaded proximal end. 17.
