The heat exchanger of claim 1, wherein the core has a two-pass cross flow plate fin construction. 5. The heat exchanger of claim 1, wherein the air inlet header has mounting pads for mounting the heat exchanger within a crown of an aircraft. 6. The heat exchanger of claim 5, further comprising an H shaped bracket that connects to the mounting pads.
