1. A watercraft, comprising: a structure configured to be propelled through a marine environment;a propulsion system operatively coupled to the structure and having at least one propeller blade configured to propel the structure through the marine environment and an engine that produces an exhaust flow; anda dispensing device operatively coupled to at least one of the structure and the propulsion system and including an ozone source, the dispensing device being configured to dispense an enhancement substance that includes ozone provided by the ozone source into at least a portion of the exhaust flow, and configured to dispense the enhancement substance and the at least a portion of the exhaust flow into the marine environment at a location upstream of the at least one propeller blade of the propulsion system such that the enhancement substance interacts with at least a portion of the marine environment propelled by the at least one propeller blade to become at least partially mixed into the marine environment as the propulsion system propels the structure through the marine environment, wherein the dispensing device includes a valve that controls the dispensing of the enhancement substance that is controllably linked to a control of the propulsion system. 2. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein operation of the propulsion system produces a wake including a propulsive portion, and wherein the dispensing device is further configured to dispense the enhancement substance so that the enhancement substance at least partially mingles with the propulsive portion of the wake. 3. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the enhancement interacts directly with the at least one propeller blade. 4. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device includes a supply vessel configured to contain the enhancement substance, and a pump coupled to the supply vessel and configured to provide the enhancement substance from the supply vessel into the marine environment. 5. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device includes a supply vessel configured to contain a pressurized quantity of the enhancement substance, and a valve operatively coupled to controllably release the enhancement substance from the supply vessel into the marine environment. 6. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device is configured to additionally dispense at least one of air, monatomic oxygen, diatomic oxygen, an oxygen-containing substance, or an oxygen enhancing substance. 7. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device includes a substance generator configured to generate the enhancement substance during operation of the watercraft. 8. The watercraft of claim 7, wherein the substance generator is configured to generate ozone. 9. The watercraft of claim 8, wherein the substance generator includes at least one of an electro-analysis ozone generator, a chemical electrolysis-based ozone generator, a polymer electrolysis ozone generator, a membrane-based ozone generator, an air discharge ozone generator, and an ultraviolet light radiation-based ozone generator. 10. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the propulsion system includes an internal combustion engine that produces an exhaust flow, and wherein the dispensing device is further configured to dispense the ozone-containing enhancement substance into the exhaust flow. 11. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device is configured to dispense an ecologically-enhancing substance configured to deter one or more marine species. 12. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device is configured to dispense an ecologically-enhancing substance configured to mitigate one or more pollutants. 13. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the engine comprises at least one of an outboard engine, an inboard engine, and a jet drive propulsion system. 14. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the propulsion system includes a propeller assembly driven by the engine, the propeller assembly including the at least one propeller blade. 15. The watercraft of claim 14, wherein the dispensing device is further configured to dispense the enhancement substance proximate the propeller assembly. 16. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the dispensing device includes a pump disposed within a housing of the propulsion system. 17. The watercraft of claim 14, wherein the ozone source is at least one of coupled to the engine or integrally formed with the propulsion system. 18. The watercraft of claim 14 wherein the structure includes a hull, and wherein the propeller assembly is disposed external to the hull. 19. The watercraft of claim 14 wherein the structure includes a hull, and wherein the propeller assembly is disposed within a chamber disposed within the hull. 20. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the dispensing device is operatively coupled with the propulsion system. 21. The watercraft of claim 20, wherein the dispensing device includes a dispensing portion at least partially operatively coupled with the propulsion system. 22. The watercraft of claim 20, wherein the dispensing device includes a dispensing portion at least partially integrally formed with the propulsion system. 23. The watercraft of claim 20, wherein at least one of the dispensing device or the propulsion system includes a portion configured to at least one of conduct or dispense both the enhancement substance and at least a portion of the exhaust flow produced by the engine of the propulsion system. 24. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the enhancement substance includes at least one of an electrically charged substance, an electrically charged particle, or an electrically charged molecule. 25. The watercraft of claim 1, wherein the structure includes a hull defining a mixing chamber substantially enclosing the at least one propeller blade, the enhancement substance being dispensed within the mixing chamber.
