1. A CPAP system comprising: a flow generator configured to deliver a flow of breathable gas at a pressure of 3-20 cmH2O;a patient interface structured to interface with at least one airway of a patient;an air delivery conduit configured to interconnect the flow generator and the patient interface to thereby communicate the breathable gas from the flow generator to the patient interface; anda packaging arrangement including at least one storage facilitating member to allow storage of the air delivery conduit, wherein the at least one storage facilitating member is formed as part of the air delivery conduit, wherein the air delivery conduit includes a first section, a second section, a collar that seals breathable gas within the air delivery conduit for delivery from the flow generator to the patient, and a first zipper and a second zipper, the first zipper structured to mate a first side of the first and second sections together and the second zipper structured to mate a second, opposing side of the first and second sections together to thereby couple the first and second sections together, the first and second zippers coupled to each other by a connector structure that structurally supports the air delivery conduit when the first and second sections are mated together, the first and second zippers being movable to allow the first and second sections to be separated for storage and coupled for establishing an elongated air flow passage. 2. The CPAP system according to claim 1, wherein the at least one storage facilitating member is provided to the flow generator. 3. The CPAP system according to claim 1, wherein the air delivery conduit includes a plurality of conduit portions that are mounted to one another in telescoping relation for movement between an extended position to provide an elongated air flow passage, and a retracted position to provide a reduced length flow passage. 4. The CPAP system according to claim 1, wherein the air delivery conduit includes a conduit portion and a cover that surrounds the conduit portion, and wherein the conduit portion and cover are collapsible to a substantially flat condition. 5. The CPAP system according to claim 4, wherein the cover has a web-like configuration. 6. The CPAP system according to claim 1, wherein the first section and the second section are two separate pieces of material. 7. The CPAP system according to claim 6, further comprising a first reel to dispense and retract the first section, and a second reel to dispense and retract the second section. 8. The CPAP system according to claim 1, wherein the first section and the second section are opposing ends of a single piece of material. 9. An air delivery conduit of a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) system that is configured to communicate a flow a breathable gas at a pressure of between 3 cmH20 to 20 cmH20 from a flow generator of a CPAP system to a patient interface that interfaces with at least one airway of a patient, the conduit comprising: a first section;a second section;a zipper that includes a first zipper and a second zipper, the zipper structured to mate the first and second section together to form a substantially sealed air passageway to facilitate the flow of breathable gas by the first zipper mating a first side of the first and second sections together and the second zipper mating a second, opposing side of the first and second sections together, the zipper further structured to separate the first and second sections;a collapsible sealed collar that seals the breathable gas within the air delivery conduit for delivery from the flow generator to the patient interface, anda connector that structurally couples the first zipper to the second zipper and structurally supports the air delivery conduit when the first and second sections are mated together. 10. The air delivery conduit of claim 9, wherein the first section and the second section, when separated by the zipper, are configured for storage on respective first and second reels. 11. The air delivery conduit of claim 9, wherein the first section and the second section are two separate pieces of material. 12. The air delivery conduit of claim 9, wherein the first section and the second section are a single piece of material and the first section is an opposing side of the single piece of material from the second section. 13. A continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) system for treatment of sleep disordered breathing in a patient, the system comprising: a flow generator providing an outlet and configured to deliver breathable gas to the patient at a pressure of between 3 cmH20 to 20 cmH20 through the outlet and to at least one airway of the patient to act as at least a partial splint on the at least one airway while the patient is sleeping;an air delivery conduit configured to interface with the outlet of the flow generator, the air delivery conduit including (1) a first section, (2) a second section, (3) zipper comprising at least first and second zipper sliders, (4) a collar that seals provided breathable gas within the air delivery conduit for delivery to the patient, and (5) a connector that structurally couples the first zipper to the second zipper, the first zipper slider structured to couple a first side of the first and second sections together and the second zipper slider structured to couple a second, opposing side of the first and second sections together, the connector structurally supporting the air delivery conduit when the first and second sections are coupled together. 14. The CPAP system of claim 13, further comprising at least one reel that is configured to dispense and retract the first section and the second section. 15. The CPAP system of claim 14, wherein the at least one reel includes a first reel that dispenses and retracts the first section and a second reel that dispenses and retracts the second section. 16. The CPAP system of claim 13, further comprising a body configured to store the first and second sections of the air delivery conduit. 17. The CPAP system of claim 16, wherein the body is provided in the flow generator. 18. The CPAP system of claim 16, wherein the body includes a first reel and a second reel that are respectively configured to dispense and retract the first and second sections of the air delivery conduit.
