The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the faucet body includes a spout. 3. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 2, wherein the faucet body further includes a hub and a wand. 4. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the sensor is a proximity sensor. 5. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the sensor is a toggle sensor. 6. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the sensor is a presence sensor. 7. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the sensor includes a first sensor and a second sensor. 8. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 7, wherein the first sensor is operable to be mounted to the faucet body and the second sensor is operable to be mounted to the faucet body. 9. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the first mechanical control is a handle. 10. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 1, wherein the second mechanical control is a knob. 11. An electronic plumbing fixture fitting, comprising: a faucet body, the faucet body being operable to mount above a mounting surface, the faucet body including a discharge outlet, the discharge outlet being operable to deliver water;an electronic valve, the electronic valve being operable to permit flow of water through the discharge outlet when the electronic valve is open and to not permit flow of water through the discharge outlet when the electronic valve is closed;a sensor, the sensor being operable to open and close the electronic valve;a first mechanical mixing valve, the first mechanical mixing valve being in parallel with the electronic valve, the first mechanical mixing valve being operable to permit flow of water through the discharge outlet when the first mechanical mixing valve is open and to not permit flow of water through the discharge outlet when the first mechanical mixing valve is closed;a first mechanical control, the first mechanical control being operable to open and close the first mechanical mixing valve;a second mechanical mixing valve, the second mechanical mixing valve being in series with the electronic valve, the second mechanical mixing valve being operable to mechanically control at least one of a temperature and a volume of flowing water while the electronic valve is open; anda second mechanical control, the second mechanical control being operable to control the second mechanical mixing valve;wherein the electronic valve is operable to be mounted below the mounting surface;wherein the sensor is operable to be mounted to the faucet body;wherein the first mechanical mixing valve is operable to be mounted inside the faucet body;wherein the first mechanical control is operable to be mounted to the faucet body and attached to the first mechanical mixing valve;wherein the second mechanical mixing valve is operable to be mounted below the mounting surface; and wherein the second mechanical control is operable to be mounted below the mounting surface and attached to the second mechanical mixing valve. 12. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 11, wherein the faucet body includes a spout. 13. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 12, wherein the faucet body further includes a hub and a wand. 14. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 11, wherein the sensor is a proximity sensor. 15. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting of claim 11, wherein the sensor is a toggle sensor. 16.
