1. A roll shade system, comprising: a motor;a motor tube configured to house the motor, wherein the motor tube is configured to remain stationary during operation of the motor;a drive wheel connected to the motor wherein the drive wheel is configured to rotate by operation of the motor;a support shaft configured to support the motor wherein the support shaft is configured to remain stationary during operation of the motor; anda roll shade tube configured to house the motor tube, mechanically coupled to the drive wheel and configured to rotate by operation of the drive wheel. 2. The roll shade system according to claim 1, wherein the roll shade tube is configured to rotate about the motor tube. 3. The roll shade system according to claim 2, wherein the motor tube is configured to not rotate during operation of the motor. 4. The roll shade system according to claim 1, wherein the roll shade tube is configured to house the drive wheel. 5. The roll shade system according to claim 1, wherein the roll shade system does not contain a slip ring to transmit power. 6. The roll shade system according to claim 1, further comprising a wiring system to supply power to the roll shade system from an external power supply. 7. The roll shade system according to claim 1, wherein all components electrically connected to the roll shade system are stationary during operation of the motor. 8. The roll shade system according to claim 1, further comprising a mounting bracket wherein the support shaft is mounted in the mounting bracket. 9. The roll shade system according to claim 1, further comprising: a wiring connector;an input wiring system;a bearing;an antenna;a coaxial cable;a motor controller; anda counterbalance spring. 10. The roll shade system according to claim 9, wherein the wiring connector, the input wiring system, inner races of the bearing, the antenna, the coaxial cable, the motor controller, and an inner end of the counterbalance spring are stationary during operation of the motor. 11. The roll shade system according to claim 9, comprising a wiring from the antenna, wherein the wiring from the antenna is routed in a depression in an outer surface of the support shaft and below inner races of the bearing. 12. The roll shade system according to claim 1, further comprising: a bearing housing; andone or more O-rings. 13. The roll shade system according to claim 12, wherein the bearing housing and the one or more O-rings are rotatable about the support shaft during operation of the motor. 14. A method for manufacturing a roll shade system, comprising configuring a motor tube to house a motor;configuring the motor tube to remain stationary during operation of the motor;fixedly connecting the motor tube to a supporting shaft;configuring the motor tube and the supporting shaft to remain stationary during operation of the motorconnecting a drive wheel to the motor;configuring the drive wheel to rotate during operation of the motor;configuring a roll shade tube to house the motor tube; andconfiguring the roll shade tube to rotate about the motor tube by operation of the drive wheel. 15. The method according to claim 14, further comprising mechanically coupling a bearing housing to the roll shade tube. 16. The method according to claim 14, further comprising mounting the support shaft in a mounting bracket. 17. A system for use with a motor in a roll shade, comprising: means for housing the motor wherein the means for housing the motor remains stationary during operation of the motor;means for connecting the motor and a roll shade tube wherein the roll shade tube is configured to rotate by the operation of the means for connecting the motor and the roll shade tube, wherein the roll shade tube is configured to house the means for housing the motor;means for supplying a power to the motor;means for supporting the motor; andmeans for mounting the roll shade in a wall.
