The waiting link as recited in claim 1 wherein the waiting link does not carry a load of an aircraft when the cam is in the first position. 9. The waiting link as recited in claim 1 wherein a gap is defined between a first ball bearing and the cam when the cam is in the first position, and when the cam pivots about the third axis of rotation to the second position, the gap is eliminated, and vertical movement of the engine will not produce impact load. 10.
