The apparatus of claim 2, further comprising: a receiver; anda display device;wherein the receiver receives a transaction response message, wherein the transaction response message is transmitted from the transaction authorization processing computer, wherein the transaction response message contains a file photograph of the individual account holder, and further wherein the display device displays the file photograph. 6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a receiver, wherein the receiver receives a transaction response message transmitted from the communication device, wherein the transaction response message contains information for authorizing, allowing, or disallowing, the transaction. 7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a microphone for obtaining a voice sample from the individual, wherein the apparatus processes information contained in the voice sample and generates a voice sample message containing information regarding a voice print corresponding to the voice sample, and further wherein the apparatus transmits the voice sample message to the transaction authorization processing computer. 8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the transaction authorization processing computer compares the voice print with a file voice print associated with the individual account holder, and further wherein the transaction authorization processing computer generates a voice sample response message containing information regarding whether or not the voice print matches the file voice print of the individual account holder, and further wherein the voice sample response message is transmitted to the apparatus. 9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transaction is a credit card transaction. 10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transaction is a charge card transaction. 11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transaction is a debit card transaction. 12. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transaction is a “smart” card transaction or a currency card transaction. 13. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transaction is a checking account transaction, a savings account transaction, or an automated teller machine transaction. 14. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the photograph or the picture is transmitted along with the notification message. 26. An apparatus, comprising: a camera for obtaining a photograph or a picture of an individual involved in a transaction on an account;an input device for inputting transaction information regarding the transaction or a receiver for receiving transaction information regarding the transaction;a processing device, wherein the processing device processes information regarding the transaction information and generates a message, wherein the message contains information regarding the transaction; anda transmitter, wherein the transmitter transmits the message to a communication device associated with an individual account holder, and further wherein the message is transmitted to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by a transaction authorization processing computer,wherein the apparatus transmits the photograph or the picture to the communication device, wherein the photograph or the picture is transmitted to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by the transaction authorization processing computer. 27. The computer-implemented method of claim 30, further comprising: generating, with the processing device or with the computer, a transaction message, wherein the transaction message contains information regarding the transaction; andtransmitting the transaction message or the transaction message and the photograph or the picture to the transaction authorization processing computer. 32. The computer-implemented method of claim 31, further comprising: receiving a transaction response message transmitted from the transaction authorization processing computer, wherein the transaction response message contains information for authorizing, allowing, or disallowing, the transaction. 33. The computer-implemented method of claim 30, wherein the transaction is a credit card transaction. 38. A transaction security apparatus, comprising: an input device for inputting transaction information regarding a transaction on an account involving an individual;a camera or a video recording device for obtaining a video clip of the individual;a processing device, wherein the processing device processes information regarding the transaction information and generates a message, wherein the message contains information regarding the transaction; anda transmitter, wherein the transmitter transmits the message to a communication device associated with an individual account holder, and further wherein the message is transmitted to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by a transaction authorization processing computer,wherein the apparatus transmits the video clip to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by the transaction authorization processing computer. 47. The apparatus of claim 46, wherein the apparatus transmits the message or the message and the video clip to the transaction authorization processing computer. 48. The apparatus of claim 46, wherein the message or the video clip is transmitted to the communication device after the transaction begins, before the transaction is completed, or after the transaction begins and before the transaction is completed. 54. The apparatus of claim 46, wherein the transaction authorization processing computer generates a second message containing information regarding the transaction information and a file photograph of the account holder, and further wherein the transaction authorization processing computer transmits the second message to the communication device. 55. A computer-implemented transaction security method, comprising: inputting, via an input device, transaction information regarding a transaction on an account involving an individual;obtaining a video clip of the individual with a camera or a video recording device;processing, with a processing device or with a computer, information regarding the transaction;generating, with the processing device or with the computer, a notification message, wherein the message contains information regarding the transaction;transmitting the notification message, from a transmitter or from the computer, to a communication device associated with an individual account holder, wherein the notification message is transmitted to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by a transaction authorization processing computer; andtransmitting the video clip to the communication device independently of any processing of the transaction by the transaction authorization processing computer. 57. The computer-implemented transaction security method of claim 56, wherein the notification message or the video clip is transmitted to the communication device after the transaction begins, before the transaction is completed, or after the transaction begins and before the transaction is completed. 58. The computer-implemented method of claim 56, further comprising: transmitting a transaction message or the transaction message and the video clip to the transaction authorization processing computer; andreceiving a transaction response message transmitted from the transaction authorization processing computer, wherein the transaction response message contains information for authorizing, allowing, or disallowing, the transaction. 59.
