The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the status data of each target comprises data indicating a speed or a trajectory of the target, and wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave such that one of the FEL beam and the HPM beam is irradiated, when a change of the speed or the trajectory of the target before and after the irradiation of the other of the FEL beam and the HPM beam is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. 12. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the status data of each target comprises data indicating relative positions of the targets or the number of the targets, and wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave such that one of the FEL beam and the HPM beam is irradiated, when the number of the targets after the irradiation of the other of the FEL beam and the HPM beam is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, or when the targets are distributed in an area wider than a predetermined area. 13. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the status data of each target comprises data indicating a deceptive means around the target, and wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave based on a kind of the deceptive means around the target. 14. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the external environmental data comprises data indicating a number of artifacts other than the targets in an irradiation area, and wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave based on a comparison result of the number of the artifacts other than the targets in the irradiation area and a predetermined value which is individually set to the FEL beam or the HPM beam. 15. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the external environmental data comprises an engagement status of the targets, and wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave based on the engagement status of the targets after the irradiation of the FEL beam or the HPM beam. 16. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave in response to command data supplied through an interface in priority to the external environmental data. 17. The directed-energy irradiating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said switch switches a supply destination of the microwave based on an operation situation of said FEL apparatus or said HPM apparatus, in priority to the external environmental data.
