The football fan officiating system of claim 3 wherein said flag-container having said top-half and said bottom-half comprises indicia of one of various professional football teams. 5. The football fan officiating system of claim 2 wherein said top-half comprises a bottom-edge able to be removably fitted into a top-edge of said bottom-half. 6.
