The connector of claim 1 wherein said second portion is adjustably movably mounted to said first portion. 5. The connector of claim 4 wherein said second portion is adjustable relative to said first portion in a first degree of freedom parallel to the back-up wall, and in a second degree of freedom outward and inward relative to the back-up wall. 6. The connector of claim 1 wherein said flange of said second portion includes a plurality of apertures formed therein to admit fasteners. 7. The connector of claim 1 wherein said flange of said second portion lies in a first plane; said flange is a first flange; and said second portion includes a second flange that is bent to lie out of said first plane. 8. The connector of claim 7 wherein said second portion includes a third flange, said third flange running parallel to said second flange. 9. The connector of claim 1 wherein said upwardly extending members are stiffener ribs. 10.
