The drum assembly of claim 8, wherein the hub has a larger outermost diameter than an outermost diameter of the drum. 10. The drum assembly of claim 8, wherein the abrasive outer surface includes a paper material. 11. The drum assembly of claim 8, wherein the abrasive outer surface includes an anti-microbial substance. 12. The drum assembly of claim 11, wherein the anti-microbial substance makes up between 1 and 12 percent of the abrasive coating. 13.
