The vortex-generating system of claim 7, wherein the first blade and the second blade are rotatably coupled to the object. 9. The vortex-generating system of claim 8, wherein the first blade and the second blade are rotatably coupled to the object via servo motors controlled by an electronic control module. 10. The vortex-generating system of claim 7, wherein the first blade and the second blade each comprise a base plate and an air deflection portion. 11.
