Dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting device is formed as rotating tapered disk or as helix-like tapered ring, associated to the actuator, with a distance surface inclined to the horizontal or angled stepped or as a ring with projections, facing to the containers or to the pumping units of the actuator. 14.
