The composition of claim 4, wherein the cationic polyacrylamide base polymer of the high charge cationic glyoxylated polyacrylamide has a molecular weight in the range of 1000-100 000 Daltons. 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the high charge cationic glyoxylated polyacrylamide has a cationic charge density in the range of 0.4-5 meq/g. 7. The composition of claim 6, wherein the high charge cationic glyoxylated polyacrylamide has a cationic charge density in the range of 0.6-4.0 meq/g. 8. The composition of claim 1, wherein the GPAM to APAM ratio is in the range of 0.01:1-1:0.1. 9. The composition of claim 8, wherein the GPAM to APAM ratio is as in the range of 0.1:1-1:0.1. 10. The composition of claim 1, wherein the high charge cationic glyoxylated polyacrylamide comprises a cationic monomer diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DADMAC). 11.
