A method of generating a wearable injection guide for an individual comprising: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from a digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having one or more digitally rendered fiducials, the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide based on one or more digital images of a surface topography of a body region of the individual in at least one first expression state and in at least one second expression state, at least one surface of the manufactured wearable injection guide conforming in shape to the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state or the at least one second expression state, the manufactured wearable injection guide including one or more fiducials indicative of at least one treatment parameter for treating one or more areas of the body region of the individual in need of treatment, the one or more fiducials corresponding to the one or more digitally rendered fiducials on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: acquiring the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state. 3. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide in a treatment pattern specific to the individual, the one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter. 4. The method of claim 1, further comprising: creating the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide from the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state using one or more three-dimensional modeling algorithms. 5. The method of claim 3, further comprising: adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide from a database of stored treatment parameters. 6. The method of claim 1, further comprising: generating a treatment regimen specific to the individual based on a comparison of overlaying the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state to identify the one or more areas of the body region of the individual in need of treatment, the treatment regimen including the at least one treatment parameter for treating the identified one or more areas of the body region of the individual in need of treatment, the at least one treatment parameter represented by the one or more digitally rendered fiducials on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide and the corresponding one or more fiducials on the manufactured wearable injection guide. 7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: generating one or more model output signals having information for manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having the one or more digitally rendered fiducials, the one or more model output signals receivable by a manufacturing device. 8. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding one or more digitally rendered alignment marks to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide, the digitally rendered alignment marks aligning with one or more reference points on the body region of the individual identified in the corresponding one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state or in the at least one second expression state. 9. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide proximal to or coincident with at least one of the one or more digitally rendered fiducials. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein manufacturing the wearable injection guide comprises: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having the one or more digitally rendered fiducials and the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions, the manufactured wearable injection guide including the one or more fiducials and one or more injection needle access regions, the one or more injection needle access regions corresponding to the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide. 11. The method of claim 1, wherein manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide comprises: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide using one or more of an additive manufacturing process. 12. The method of claim 1, wherein manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide comprises: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide using a three-dimensional printing process. 13. The method of claim 1, wherein manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide comprises: manufacturing a three-dimensional mold surface from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide and using the three-dimensional mold surface with a moldable material to generate the manufactured wearable injection guide. 14. The method of claim 1, further comprising: coating at least a portion of one or more surfaces of the manufactured wearable injection guide with at least one of an analgesic, a disinfectant, an antiseptic, a sterilant, or a therapeutic agent. 15. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding one or more activatable injection event indicators to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 16. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding an immobilizing means to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 17. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding a thermal-regulating mechanism to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 18. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding one or more of a barcode or radiofrequency identification tag to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 19. The method of claim 1, further comprising: printing the one or more fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter onto a surface of the manufactured wearable injection guide based on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having the one or more digitally rendered fiducials. 20. The method of claim 1, further comprising: adding to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide at least one of one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of one or more of at least one of the type of injectable agent to be injected, at least one dosage of the at least one injectable agent, at least one needle injection angle, or at least one needle injection depth for the at least one injectable agent to be injected at the corresponding one or more fiducials on the manufactured wearable injection guide. 21. A method of generating a wearable injection guide for an individual comprising: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from a digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions, the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide based on one or more digital images of a surface topography of a body region of the individual in at least one first expression state and in at least one second expression state, at least one surface of the manufactured wearable injection guide substantially conforming in shape to the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state or in the at least one second expression state, the manufactured wearable injection guide including one or more injection needle access regions corresponding to the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide and in a treatment pattern at least partially coincident with one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment. 22. The method of claim 21, further comprising: acquiring the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state. 23. The method of claim 21, further comprising: creating the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide from the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state using one or more three-dimensional modeling algorithms. 24. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide in a treatment pattern that is part of a treatment regimen specific to the individual. 25. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding at least one digitally rendered injection needle access region with a downward tapered access surface to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide; andmanufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model thereof, the manufactured wearable injection guide including at least one injection needle access region having the downward tapered access surface. 26. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide in the treatment pattern based on a comparison of overlaying the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least one second expression state. 27. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of at least one treatment parameter to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide. 28. The method of claim 27, wherein manufacturing the wearable injection guide comprises: manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide having the one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions and the one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter, the manufactured wearable injection guide including the one or more injection needle access regions and one or more fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter, the one or more fiducials corresponding to the one or more digitally rendered fiducials on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide. 29. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding one or more fiducials indicative of at least one treatment parameter to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 30. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions that transect an inner surface and an outer surface of the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide at an angle less than 90 degrees, and wherein the manufactured wearable injection guide includes the one or more injection needle access regions. 31. The method of claim 21, further comprising: adding one or more activatable injection event indicators to the manufactured wearable injection guide. 32. A system for generating a wearable injection guide for an individual comprising: at least one image capture device configured to acquire one or more digital images of a surface topography of a body region of the individual and to transmit one or more output signals having information associated with the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual;a computing device operably linked to the at least one image capture device including non-transitory machine readable media bearing one or more instructions for generating the wearable injection guide from the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual, the non-transitory machine readable media which when executed on the computing device generates one or more instructions for controlling one or more functions of the at least one image capture device;one or more instructions for receiving the one or more output signals having information associated with the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual acquired by the at least one image capture device;one or more instructions for identifying one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment from a comparison of the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual and one or more stored digital images;one or more instructions for generating a treatment regimen including at least one treatment parameter for treating the identified one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment;one or more instructions for creating a three-dimensional digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide from the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual, at least one surface of the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide substantially conforming in shape to the corresponding surface topography of the body region of the individual;one or more instructions for adding one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter for treating the identified one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide; andone or more instructions for generating one or more model output signals having information for manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide; anda manufacturing device configured to receive the one or more model output signals from the computing device and to manufacture the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide, at least one surface of the manufactured wearable injection guide substantially conforming in shape to the surface topography of the body region of the individual, the manufactured wearable injection guide including one or more fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter for treating the identified one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment, the one or more fiducials corresponding to the one or more digitally rendered fiducials on the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide. 33. The system of claim 32, wherein the one or more instructions for controlling the one or more functions of the at least one image capture device comprise: one or more instructions for controlling acquisition of the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual with the at least one image capture device. 34. The system of claim 32, wherein the one or more instructions for adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide comprise: one or more instructions for automatically adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide from a database of stored treatment parameters based on the generated treatment regimen. 35. The system of claim 32, wherein the one or more instructions for adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide comprise: one or more instructions for adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials based on an outcome defined by the individual. 36. The system of claim 32, further comprising: one or more instructions for receiving one or more output signals from the at least one image capture device, the one or more output signals having information associated with one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in at least one first expression state and in at least one second expression state;one or more instructions for identifying the one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment from a comparison of overlaying the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual in the at least one first expression state and in the at least second expression state;one or more instructions for generating the treatment regimen for treating the identified one or more areas on the body region of the individual in need of treatment; andone or more instructions for adding the one or more digitally rendered fiducials indicative of the at least one treatment parameter to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide based on the treatment regimen. 37. The system of claim 32, further comprising: one or more instructions for adding one or more digitally rendered alignment marks to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide based on alignment with one or more reference points identified in the one or more digital images of the surface topography of the body region of the individual. 38. The system of claim 32, further comprising: one or more instructions for adding one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions to the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide; andone or more instructions for generating the one or more model output signals having information for manufacturing the wearable injection guide from the digitally rendered model of the wearable injection guide including one or more digitally rendered injection needle access regions. 39. The system of claim 32, wherein the manufacturing device configured to receive the one or more model output signals from the computing device comprises: at least one of a three-dimensional printer. 40. The system of claim 32, further comprising: one or more instructions for adding at least one of one or more alignment marks or one or more injection needle access regions to the manufactured wearable injection guide.
