The tool rack as claimed in claim 3, wherein the elastic structure has an end adjacent to the flange with the end having a width in the width direction of the at least one joint less than the first width. 5. The tool rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one protrusion extends annularly and radially to the direction of the first phantom axis. 6. The tool rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one protrusion has a semispherical shape. 7.
