The enclosure of claim 1, wherein at least one of the corner segments is fabricated from one or more different materials from at least one of one or more other corner segments or one or more wall segments. 3. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the enclosure has an x-axis dimension and a y-axis dimension, the x axis and y axis dimensions being scalable by trimming the length of the wall segments. 4. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments and wall segments connect together within an x-y plane, the enclosure being defined by at least three sides within the x-y plane. 5. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the first and second receiver sockets of each corner segment extend at an angle of between approximately 0° and approximately 180° relative to each other. 6. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments and wall segments connect together to define a plurality of z-axis section of the enclosure that are stacked along the z-axis, each of the z-axis sections including at least one corner segment and at least one wall segment, each of the z-axis sections of said plurality being interlocked with at least one other z-axis section. 7. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments and wall segments connect together within an x-y plane to define a z-axis section of the enclosure, the z-axis section comprising a curved shape in the x-y plane. 8. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments and wall segments connect together within an x-y plane to define a z-axis section of the enclosure, the z-axis section comprising both a convex exterior corner and a concave exterior corner. 9. The enclosure of claim 6, wherein the plurality of z-axis sections include first and second z-axis sections are arranged in a stack with an electromagnetic interference (EMI) barrier extending between the first and second z-axis sections. 10. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments comprise internal mounting features for mounting an electronic device within the internal compartment. 11. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments comprise external mounting features for mounting at least one of a support foot or a support rail to the enclosure. 12. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the first wall edges include projections and the second wall edges include recesses that receive the projections, the first and second wall edges being interlocked with each other through at least one of an interference fit or an adhesive. 13. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the corner segments interlock with adjacent corner segments. 14. The enclosure of claim 13, wherein the corner segments include opposite first corner edges and second corner edges, the first corner edges including projections and the second corner edges including recesses that are shaped to receive the projections. 15. The enclosure of claim 14, wherein the first wall edges include projections and the second wall edges include recesses that are shaped to receive the projections, the projections of the first wall edges aligning with the projections of the first corner edges, the recesses of the second wall edges aligning with the recesses of the second corner edges. 16. The enclosure of claim 15, wherein the recesses of the second wall edges and the recesses of the second corner edges are grooves that combine to form a continuous groove. 17. The enclosure of claim 1, wherein the enclosure includes a plurality of sidewalls having a plurality of the wall segments. 18. The enclosure of claim 17, wherein at least one of the sidewalls is electrically conductive and includes a port therethrough for receiving an electrical conductor or an electrical connector. 19. An enclosure comprising: a plurality of modular corner segments and a plurality of modular wall segments that connect together to at least partially define an internal compartment of the enclosure;the wall segments extending lengths between opposite free ends, at least a majority of the wall segments being fabricated from a polymer, each of the wall segments of said plurality having opposite first and second wall edges that along the length of the respective wall segment;each corner segment comprising opposite first and second receiver sockets that are each configured to receive a corresponding free end of one of the wall segments therein to connect the corner segment to the corresponding wall segments, at least a majority of the corner segments being fabricated from a polymer; andwherein the corner segments and the wall segments connect together to at least partially define the internal compartment of the enclosure; andwherein the corner and wall segments are first corner segments and first wall segments, respectively, that connect together to define a first z-axis section of the enclosure, the enclosure further comprising a second z-axis section formed by a plurality of second corner segments and a plurality of second wall segments, the first and second z-axis sections being arranged in a stack, wherein the first and second z-axis sections define respective internal cavities that combine to form at least a portion of the internal compartment of the enclosure, the first wall edges of the first z-axis section directly abutting the second wall edges of the second z-axis section. 20. An enclosure assembly comprising: a plurality of sets of construction units in which each construction unit comprises: a wall segment extending a length between opposite free ends and a height along a z-axis, the wall segment having opposite first and second wall edges that extend along the length of the wall segment, the height being defined between the first and second wall edges;a corner segment having opposite first and second receiver sockets that are each configured to receive a corresponding free end of one of the wall segments therein to connect the corner segment to the corresponding wall segment; andwherein each of the sets of construction units forms a corresponding z-axis section when the construction units of the set are connected to one another along an x-y plane that is perpendicular to the z-axis, the plurality of the z-axis sections forming an enclosure when the z-axis sections are stacked along the z-axis, the z-axis sections defining respective internal cavities that combine to form an internal compartment of the enclosure, wherein the first wall edges of at least one z-axis section directly abut and are interlocked with the second wall edges of the adjacent z-axis section when the z-axis sections are stacked.
