When assembled, all the components are physically connected and electrical components are electrically connected. Additional components include a keyboard or write pad mounted on the pivoting cover or on a separate pivoting mount near the center bag front, a display prop which braces the display in various angular positions and side pockets fitted for peripherals. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of an electrical connection configured to electrically connect the display panel to electrical equipment located inside the bag. 7. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is comprised of an intermediate panel including a proximal edge and a distal edge, wherein the proximal edge is pivotally attached to the bag and the distal edge is pivotally attach to the display panel. 8. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the display faces away from the bag front wall when the display panel is stored in the computer equipment storage area. 9. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of a strap configured to attach the bag computer to an operator, wherein the bag computer is adapted to be operated while worn by the operator. 10. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of one or more electrical access openings through a bag wall, the opening configured to pass an electrical connection from computer equipment mounted on the outside of the bag through the bag wall to an interior of the bag. 11. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount removably attaches the display panel to the bag. 12. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the display panel is attached to the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount by the display panel attachment edge. 13. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount includes one or more attachment flaps. 14. The portable computer of claim 13, wherein the display panel is further comprised of one or more jaws configured to attach to the attachment flap. 15. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is comprised of a panel pivotally attached to the display panel attachment edge and attachable to the bag. 16. The portable computer of claim 15, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel is a computing unit panel. 17. The portable computer of claim 15, further comprised of opening in the bag front wall, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel is attached to the inside surface of the bag front wall and the display panel projects through the opening in the front wall so that the display panel attachment edge is positioned at a top of the computer equipment storage area proximal to the junction of the top and front bag walls and oriented to pivot the display panel into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 18. The portable computer of claim 15, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel is attached to the outside surface of the bag front wall so that the display panel attachment edge is positioned at a top of the computer equipment storage area proximal to the junction of the top and front bag walls and oriented to pivot the display panel into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 19. The portable computer of claim 15, further comprised of a mounting structure attached to the inside surface of the bag wherein the mounting structure attaches the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel to the inside surface of the bag front wall. 20. The portable computer of claim 15, further comprised of a support structure attached to the outside surface of the bag front wall, wherein the support structure attaches the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel to the outside surface of the bag front wall. 21. The portable computer of claim 15, further comprised of an installation opening in the bag top wall, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel is installed to the bag by sliding the panel through the installation opening so that the display panel attachment edge is positioned at a top of the computer equipment storage area proximal to the junction of the top and front bag walls and oriented to pivot the display panel into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 22. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of a panel attached to the inside surface of the bag front wall, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount pivotally attaches the display panel attachment edge to the panel attached to the inside surface of the front wall through a bag wall so that the display panel attachment edge is positioned at a top of the computer equipment storage area proximal to the junction of the top and front bag walls and oriented to pivot the display panel into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 23. The portable computer of claim 22, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount panel is a computing unit panel. 24. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of a bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount attached to the bag front wall at a bottom of the computer equipment storage area distal to the junction of the top and front bag walls, wherein the bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is configured to attach one of a display cover, an input device receptacle and a computer equipment to the bag and pivot it into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 25. The portable computer of claim 24, wherein the computer equipment is comprised of an intermediate panel including a proximal edge and a distal edge pivotally attached to a display panel, wherein the proximal edge is attached to the bag using the bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount. 26. The portable computer of claim 24, wherein the bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount includes one or more attachment flaps. 27. The portable computer of claim 24, wherein the computer equipment attached to the bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is a computer input device. 28. The portable computer of claim 27, wherein the computer input device is further comprised of at least one or more input/output tools. 29. The portable computer of claim 27, wherein the computer input device is shaped to fit and cover the display panel when stored in the computer equipment storage area. 30. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the pivoting cover is attached to the bag front wall near a bottom of the computer equipment storage area distal to the junction of the top and front bag walls and oriented to pivot from a storage position covering the computer equipment storage area to an operating position exposing the computer equipment storage area. 34. The portable computer of claim 1, wherein the pivoting cover is further comprised of one of a computer input device and an input device receptacle attached to the pivoting cover. 35. The portable computer of claim 1, further comprised of a display panel prop extending between the bag and the display panel, wherein the display panel prop holds the display panel in one or more angular positions relative to the bag front wall. 43. A bag for holding computer equipment for mobile use comprising: a. a bag comprised of one or more walls including a front wall and a top wall each wall having an inside surface and an outside surface, a junction between the front wall and the top wall, and a computer equipment storage area on the outside surface of the front wall;b. a top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount configured to attach a display panel to the bag, wherein the display panel pivots at a top of the computer equipment storage area near the junction of the top wall and the front wall and the display panel pivots from a storage position in the computer equipment storage area to an operation position in the view of an operator; andc. a pivoting cover pivotally attached to the bag, wherein the cover pivots from a storage position covering the computer equipment storage area to an operating position exposing the computer equipment storage area. 54. The bag of claim 53, further comprised of a strap configured to attach the bag to an operator, wherein the bag is adapted to hold computer equipment to be operated while the bag is worn by the operator. 55. The bag of claim 53, wherein the top bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is comprised of a support structure attached to the outside surface of the bag front wall, the support structure configured to attach a panel with pivotally attached display panel to the outside surface of the front wall with the display panel attachment edge positioned near the junction of the top and front walls and oriented to pivot the display panel into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 62. The bag of claim 53, further comprised of a bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount attached to the bag front wall at a bottom of the computer equipment storage area distal to the junction of the top and front bag walls, wherein the bottom bag position pivoting computer equipment mount is configured to attach one of a display cover, an input device receptacle and a computer equipment to the bag and pivot it into and out of the computer equipment storage area. 63.
