A support member is received on the support flange and has a generally inverted U-shaped body portion and a loop portion. In assembly, the support member rolls on to the support flange to define a landing for mounting an accessory to the upper portion of the seatback frame.

A mounting system, comprising: a vehicle seat having a seatback frame, the seatback frame including a support flange disposed on an upper portion of the seatback frame, the support flange having a forwardly curved portion and a cavity disposed below the forwardly curved portion; anda support member received on the support flange and having a generally inverted U-shaped body portion and a loop portion, wherein the loop portion is received in the cavity, and further wherein the support member provides a landing disposed over the support flange for mounting an accessory to the upper portion of the seatback frame. 2. The mounting system of claim 1, wherein the support member is a flexibly resilient polymeric member. 3. The mounting system of claim 2, wherein the inverted U-shaped body portion of the support member is defined by a front wall and a rear wall which are interconnected by a top wall. 4. The mounting system of claim 3, wherein the loop portion of the support member extends inwardly from the front wall into the inverted U-shaped body portion. 5. The mounting system of claim 4, including: a channel disposed between the loop portion and the inverted U-shaped body portion of the support member. 6. The mounting system of claim 5, wherein the forwardly curved portion of the support flange is received in the channel of the support member. 7. The mounting system of claim 6, wherein the top wall is disposed over the support flange in assembly. 8. The mounting system of claim 7, wherein the support member engages the support flange in a snap-fit style engagement. 9. A mounting system, comprising: a vehicle seat having a seatback frame with a support flange disposed thereon; anda support member received on the support flange and having a generally inverted U-shaped body portion received over the support flange and a loop portion received in a cavity disposed below the support flange, wherein the support member provides a landing for mounting an accessory thereto. 10. The mounting system of claim 9, wherein the support member is a polymeric member. 11. The mounting system of claim 10, wherein the loop portion of the support member extends inwardly into the inverted U-shaped body portion. 12. The mounting system of claim 9, including: an L-shaped channel disposed between the loop portion and the inverted U-shaped body portion of the support member. 13. The mounting system of claim 12, wherein the support flange is a forwardly rolled support flange, and further wherein the forwardly rolled support flange is received in the L-shaped channel of the support member. 14. The mounting system of claim 9, wherein the support member substantially covers the support flange in assembly. 15. A mounting system for mounting an electronic device holder to a seat, comprising: a mounting bracket having an inverted channel;a seatback frame having a support flange with a complementary cross-section relative to the inverted channel; anda flexibly resilient support member disposed over the support flange, wherein the mounting bracket is supported on the support flange of the seatback frame with portion of the flexibly resilient support member disposed therebetween. 16. The mounting system of claim 15, wherein the flexibly resilient support member includes a cross-section defining a channel, wherein the support flange is received in the channel of the flexibly resilient support member. 17. The mounting system of claim 16, including: a cover coupled to the mounting bracket, wherein the cover includes one or more access apertures disposed therethrough, and further wherein the mounting bracket includes one or more receiving apertures disposed therethrough, wherein the one or more access apertures of the cover are aligned with the one or more receiving apertures of the mounting bracket. 18. The mounting system of claim 17, including: a power module, wherein the power module is accessible through the cover and mounting bracket. 19. The mounting system of claim 18, wherein the cover includes a retractable door for selectively providing access to the access apertures. 20. The mounting system of claim 15, wherein the flexibly resilient support member substantially covers the support flange in assembly to define a landing for receiving the inverted channel of the mounting bracket.
