The unique eight-stacked-reinforced-handle eight-stacked-and-reinforced-latch biodegradable bag has a plurality of openings mechanically punched in the top sections, to form eight handles and two locking braces next to the openings, to form eight locking latches and two locking doors inside the openings, and to form eight locking walls around the openings, respectively.
