A laminate material comprising: a) a bilayer film comprised of a layer of multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane on a second layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide);b) a primer layer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins adjacent the bilayer film;c) a foamed or unfoamed PVC middle layer adjacent the primer layer;d) an impregnated glass fabric layer adjacent the foamed or unfoamed PVC layer;e) a poly(vinyl fluoride) or a poly(vinylidene fluoride) layer adjacent the impregnated glass fabric layer;f) a primer layer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins adjacent the poly(vinyl fluoride) or a poly(vinylidene fluoride) layer, andg) an adhesive layer adjacent the primer layer adjacent the poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride) layer. 2. The laminate material of claim 1 in which the PVC middle layer further comprises at least one pigment. 3. The laminate material of claim 1 in which the PVC middle layer further comprises at least one flame retardant. 4. The laminate material of claim 3 in which the at least one flame retardant is selected from the group consisting of hydrated aluminas, magnesium hydroxide, phosphate ester plasticizers, tetrabromophthalates, tetrachlorophthalates, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ammonium octamolybdate, alkyl aluminum phosphonates and phosphinates, zinc sulfides, zinc borates, zinc hydroxy stannates, and bismuth oxide. 5. The laminate material of claim 1 in which the adhesive layer is comprised of acrylic, polyester, polyurethane or phenolic resins. 6. The laminate material of claim 5 in which the adhesive layer further comprises at least one flame retardant. 7. The laminate material of claim 6 in which the at least one flame retardant is selected from the group consisting of hydrated aluminas, magnesium hydroxide, phosphate ester plasticizers, tetrabromophthalates, tetrachlorophthalates, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ammonium octamolybdate, alkyl aluminum phosphonates and phosphinates, zinc sulfides, zonc borates, zonc hydroxy stannates, and bismuth oxide. 8. A laminate material comprising: a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide), and at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and wherein the laminate further includes at least one flame retardant such that the laminate meets FAA specifications. 9. The laminate of claim 8 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an impregnated glass fabric on the at least one layer of PVC, the at least one layer of an impregnated glass fabric including at least one flame retardant. 10. The laminate of claim 9 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of impregnated glass fabric, wherein the at least one layer of an adhesive includes at least one flame retardant. 11. The laminate of claim 9 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of impregnated glass fabric, and the at least one layer of primer including at least one flame retardant. 12. The laminate of claim 11 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of primer with the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 13. The laminate of claim 8 wherein, the at least one the flame retardant is selected from the group consisting of hydrated aluminas, magnesium hydroxide, phosphate ester plasticizers, tetrabromophthalates, tetrachlorophthalates, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ammonium octamolybdate, alkyl aluminum phosphonates and phosphinates, zinc sulfides, zinc borates, zinc hydroxy stannates, and bismuth oxide. 14. The laminate of claim 8 wherein, the at least one layer of foamed or unfoamed PVC includes at least one pigment. 15. A laminate material comprising, a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide), at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of primer, and at least one layer of an impregnated glass fabric on the at least one layer of PVC, with the laminate having at least one flame retardant such that the laminate has characteristics that meet FAA specifications. 16. The laminate of claim 15 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of impregnated glass fabric, and the at least one layer of adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 17. A laminate material comprising, c) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andd) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide), at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of primer, at least one layer of an impregnated glass fabric on the at least one layer of PVC and at least one further layer of primer on the at least one layer of impregnated glass fabric, with the laminate having at least one flame retardant such that the laminate has characteristics that meet FAA specifications. 18. The laminate of claim 17 wherein, the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of primer, the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 19. A laminate material comprising, a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC and at least one layer of a poly(vinyl fluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride) on the at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC. 20. The laminate of claim 19 wherein, the laminate includes at least one flame retardant and the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of a poly(vinyl fluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride), the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 21. The laminate of claim 19 wherein, the laminate has at least one flame retardant and meets FAA specifications. 22. A laminate material comprising, a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of primer, and at least one layer of a poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride). 23. The laminate of claim 22 wherein, the laminate includes at least one flame retardant and the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of a poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride)), the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 24. The laminate of claim 22 wherein, the laminate has at least one flame retardant and meets FAA specifications. 25. A laminate material comprising, a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide), at least one layer of a primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC and at least one layer of poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride) on the at least one layer of a primer. 26. The laminate of claim 25 wherein, the laminate includes at least one flame retardant and the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride), the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 27. The laminate of claim 25 wherein, the laminate has at least one flame retardant and meets FAA specifications. 28. The laminate of claim 25 wherein, the at least one layer of foamed or unfoamed PVC includes at least one pigment. 29. A laminate material comprising, a) a top layer comprising at least one layer of a multiblock copolymer comprising a first layer of a cross-linkable thermoplastic or thermoset copolyamide, copolyester, styrenic or polyurethane; andb) a bottom layer comprising at least one layer of a poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide) and at least one layer of primer comprising acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic resins on the at least one layer of poly(vinyl halide) or a poly(vinylidene halide), at least one layer of a foamed or unfoamed PVC on the at least one layer of primer, at least one further layer of primer and at least one layer of a poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride) on the at least one further layer of primer. 30. The laminate of claim 29 wherein, the laminate includes at least one flame retardant and the bottom layer further comprises at least one layer of an adhesive on the at least one layer of poly(vinylfluoride) or poly(vinylidene fluoride), the at least one layer of an adhesive including at least one flame retardant. 31. The laminate of claim 29 wherein, the laminate has at least one flame retardant and meets FAA specifications.
