A navigation system comprising: a map information database;a memory configured to store a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;a geospatial position determining system;a radio transceiver configured to transmit a dynamically changeable condition provided by a user and to receive at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user; anda user interface controlled by a microprocessor, the user interface configured to receive the dynamically changeable condition provided by the user, and to present map information from the map information database associated with a position determined by the geospatial position determining system, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system,wherein at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions is defined based on at least a comparison of an automatically-determined speed pattern of other vehicles at a respective location from among the respective locations with historical speeds at the respective location. 2. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions are sorted in an order dependent on an importance of the respective dynamically changeable conditions. 3. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions are sorted in an order dependent on a proximity of a respective location of a respective dynamically changeable condition to the position determined by the geospatial position determining system. 4. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions are sorted in an order dependent on both an importance of the respective dynamically changeable conditions and a proximity of a respective location of a respective dynamically changeable condition to the position determined by the geospatial position determining system. 5. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the geospatial position determining system is mounted in a vehicle, wherein at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions is defined based on at least an automatically-determined speed pattern of other vehicles at a respective location from among the respective locations. 6. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions comprises a traffic jam. 7. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the geospatial position determining system is mounted in a vehicle, and the user interface is configured to provide an advance warning of a traffic disruption to a user in the vehicle dependent on a direction of travel of the vehicle. 8. The navigation system according to claim 1, further comprising a routing system configured to determine a most efficient route to a destination location based on at least the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions. 9. The navigation system according to claim 1, further comprising a routing system configured to determine a most efficient itinerary to a destination location based on at least the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions. 10. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the radio transceiver comprises a digital packet data cellular transceiver. 11. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the user interface is further configured to communicate information between the radio transceiver and a corresponding radio transceiver of another navigation system. 12. A navigation system comprising: a map information database;a memory configured to store a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations and expiration information associated with respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;a geospatial position determining system;a radio transceiver configured to transmit a dynamically changeable condition provided by a user and to receive at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user; anda user interface controlled by a microprocessor, the user interface configured to receive the dynamically changeable condition provided by the user, and to present map information from the map information database associated with a position determined by the geospatial position determining system, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system and further dependent on a relation of a current time and the expiration information associated with the respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions,wherein the user interface is further configured to communicate information between the radio transceiver and a corresponding radio transceiver of another navigation system, andwherein the user interface is further configured to automatically communicate digital information dependent on the position determined by the geospatial position determining system to the corresponding radio transceiver of said another navigation system. 13. The navigation system according to claim 1, wherein the radio transceiver is configured to communicate with a central database through the Internet. 14. A navigation method comprising: receiving map information from a database;storing a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations and expiration information associated with respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;determining a geospatial position of an antenna based on radio frequency signals;transmitting, through a radio transceiver, a dynamically changeable condition provided by a user;receiving, through a radio transceiver, at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user;receiving the dynamically changeable condition provided by the user through a user interface;presenting the map information from the database associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system and further dependent on a relation of a current time and the expiration information associated with the respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions; anddefining at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions based on at least a comparison of an automatically-determined speed pattern of other vehicles at a respective location from among the respective locations with a historical average speed at the respective location. 15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the expiration information comprises a time. 16. The method according to claim 14, further comprising calculating the expiration information. 17. The method according to claim 14, further comprising sorting the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions in an order dependent on an importance of the respective dynamically changeable conditions. 18. The method according to claim 14, further comprising sorting the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions in an order dependent on a proximity of a respective location of a respective dynamically changeable condition to the position determined by the geospatial position determining system. 19. The method according to claim 14, further comprising sorting the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions in an order dependent on both an importance of the respective dynamically changeable conditions and a proximity of a respective location of a respective dynamically changeable condition to the position determined by the geospatial position determining system. 20. The method according to claim 14, wherein the geospatial position determining system is mounted in a vehicle, at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions being defined based on at least an automatically-determined speed pattern of other vehicles at a respective location from among the respective locations. 21. The method according to claim 14, wherein at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions comprises a traffic jam. 22. The method according to claim 14, wherein the geospatial position determining system is mounted in a vehicle, further comprising providing an advance warning of a traffic disruption to a user in the vehicle through the user interface dependent on a direction of travel of the vehicle. 23. The method according to claim 14, further comprising determining a most efficient route to a destination location based on at least the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions. 24. A navigation method comprising: receiving map information from a database;storing a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations and expiration information associated with respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;determining a geospatial position of an antenna based on radio frequency signals;transmitting, through a radio transceiver, a dynamically changeable condition provided by a user;receiving, through a radio transceiver, at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user;receiving the dynamically changeable condition provided by the user through a user interface;presenting the map information from the database associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system and further dependent on a relation of a current time and the expiration information associated with the respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;communicating information between the radio transceiver and a corresponding radio transceiver of another navigation system; andautomatically communicating digital information through the radio transceiver to the corresponding radio transceiver of said another navigation system selectively dependent on the position determined by the geospatial position determining system. 28. The method according to claim 14, further comprising automatically communicating, through the radio transceiver and through the Internet, with a central database. 29. A navigation system comprising: a navigational information processing system configured to determine a transit route to a destination;a memory configured to store a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations and temporal information associated with respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions;a geospatial position determining system configured to determine a physical location;a radio transceiver configured to communicate information using retransmitted data packets, the information comprising (a) a dynamically changeable condition entered by a user and (b) at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user; anda microprocessor-controlled user interface configured to: receive the dynamically changeable condition entered by the user, andpresent a map comprising the transit route from the navigational information processing system, with a position on the map determined by the physical location, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition associated with the physical location and further dependent on a relation of a time and the temporal information associated with the respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions,wherein at least one dynamically changeable condition from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions is defined based on at least a comparison of an automatically-determined speed pattern of other vehicles at a respective location from among the respective locations with a historical average speed at the respective location.
