The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 wherein: (a) said first main strut is attached rigidly to each of said plurality of horizontal supports at said first end thereof;(b) said second main strut is attached rigidly to each of said plurality of horizontal supports at said second end thereof;(c) each of said first plurality of arch members, at said inner end thereof, is affixed to one of said second plurality of arch members, at said inner end thereof; and(d) each of said second plurality of arch members, at said inner end thereof, is affixed to one of said first plurality of arch members, at said inner end thereof. 3. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 further comprising: (a) said first main strut being attached rotatably to each of said plurality of horizontal supports at said first end thereof;(b) said second main strut being attached rotatably to each of said plurality of horizontal supports at said second end thereof;(c) a first inner strut;(d) a second inner strut;(e) said first inner strut being affixed to each of said first plurality of arch members at said inner end thereof;(f) said second inner strut being affixed to each of said second plurality of arch members at said inner end thereof;(g) a first plurality of secondary vertical supports, each having a secondary vertical support top end and secondary vertical support bottom end;(h) a second plurality of secondary vertical supports, each having a secondary vertical support top end a secondary vertical support bottom end;(j) each of said first plurality of secondary vertical supports being affixed, at said secondary vertical support top end, to said first inner strut;(k) each of said second plurality of secondary vertical supports being affixed, at said secondary vertical support top end, to said second inner strut;(l) each of said first plurality of secondary vertical supports being removably affixed, at said secondary vertical support bottom end, to one of said plurality of horizontal supports; and(m) each of said second plurality of secondary vertical supports being removably affixed, at said secondary vertical support bottom end, to one of said plurality of horizontal supports. 4. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 3 wherein said first plurality of secondary vertical supports and said second plurality of secondary vertical supports are both removably affixed to said plurality of horizontal supports by inserting said secondary vertical support bottom end into a secondary vertical support access hole in said plurality of horizontal supports and inserting a secondary vertical support pin through a horizontal support pinhole in each of said plurality of horizontal supports and a secondary vertical support pinhole in each of said first plurality of secondary vertical supports and each of said second plurality of secondary vertical supports. 5. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 wherein each of said plurality of vertical supports is affixed, at said bottom end thereof, to a mounting surface by a vertical support mounting means for mounting each of said plurality of vertical supports to said mounting surface. 6. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 5 wherein said mounting surface is a dock, and wherein said vertical support mounting means for mounting each of said plurality of vertical supports to said mounting surface is a bracket; said bracket being affixed to the side of said dock, and said bottom end of said vertical support being inserted into and affixed within said bracket. 7. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 5 wherein said mounting surface is a floating dock, and wherein said vertical support mounting means for mounting each of said plurality of vertical supports to said mounting surface comprises: (a) said floating dock having, for each of said plurality of vertical supports, a floating dock guide installed thereon, said floating dock guide being pierced by a floating dock guide hole;(b) each of said vertical supports having, affixed to said bottom end thereof an insertion member surrounded by a rigid stop disc rigidly affixed thereto;(c) said stop disc being larger in diameter than said floating dock guide hole; and(d) for each of said plurality of vertical supports, said insertion member being inserted into said floating dock guide hole and said stop disc resting above said floating dock guide hole. 8. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 5 wherein said mounting surface is a water body bed, and wherein said vertical support mounting means for mounting each of said plurality of vertical supports to said mounting surface comprises said lower end of each of said plurality of vertical supports being affixed to an auger pole; said auger pole being fitted with an auger; and said auger being driven into said water body bed. 9. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 wherein said canopy cover comprises: (a) a first top element;(b) a second top element;(c) said first top element and said second top element each having an inner edge, and outer edge, and a pair of side edges;(d) a first pair of side elements;(e) a second pair of side elements;(f) each of said first pair of side elements and each of said second pair of side elements all having a side element inner edge, a bottom edge, and a curved top edge;(g) said first top element being removably affixed, along said outer edge thereof, to said first outer strut;(h) said second top element being removably affixed, along said outer edge thereof, to said second outer strut;(i) a top element removable fastening means for removably fastening said first top element, along said inner edge thereof, to said second top element, along said inner edge thereof;(j) each of said first pair of side elements, along said top edge thereof, being affixed to said first top element, along one of said pair of side edges thereof;(k) each of said second pair of side elements, along said top edge thereof, being affixed to said second top element, along one of said pair of side edges thereof; and(l) a side element fastening means for fastening said first pair of side elements to said second pair of side elements. 10. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 9 wherein each of said first pair of side elements comprising a first door flap along said inner edge thereof; each of said second pair of side elements comprising a second door flap along said inner edge thereof; said first door flap and said second door flap being movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration; a detachable and reattachable open configuration door flap fastening means for fastening said first door flap and said second door flap in said open configuration; and a detachable and reattachable closed door flap fastening means for fastening said first door flap and said second door flap in said closed configuration. 11. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 10 wherein said first top element comprises a first inner top element along said inner edge thereof; said second top element comprises a second inner top element along said inner edge thereof; said first inner top element, said second inner top element, said first pair of side elements, said first door flap, said second pair of side elements, and said second door flap are all made of transparent mesh screening material. 12. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 10 wherein said first top element comprises a first inner top element along said inner edge thereof; said second top element comprises a second inner top element along said inner edge thereof; said first inner top element, said second inner top element, said first pair of side elements, said first door flap, said second pair of side elements, and said second door flap are all made of transparent material. 13. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of nets; each of said plurality of nets being suspended between any two of individual elements taken from the group of: (i) said plurality of horizontal supports; (ii) said first main strut; (iii) said second main strut; (iv) said first outer strut; and (v) said second outer strut. 14. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 wherein said first main strut and said second main strut are situated so as to be substantially distal to said plurality of vertical supports. 15. The cantilevered watercraft canopy of claim 1 wherein no non-vertical elements link said plurality of horizontal supports to said plurality of vertical supports. 16.
