The infant-supporting chair of claim 2, wherein said seat further comprises: a first latch receptacle in said first armrest for selective latching engagement with said first latch member; anda second latch receptacle in said second armrest for selective latching engagement with said second latch member. 4. The infant-supporting chair of claim 2, wherein said tray latching system further comprises a release button movably supported on said tray assembly for selective movement between a locked position and actuated position and operably interfacing with said first and second latch members to selectively simultaneously disengage said first latch member from said first armrest and said second latch member from said second armrest when said release button is moved from said locked position to said actuated position. 5. The infant-supporting chair of claim 4, wherein said release button is movable from said locked position to said actuated position upon application of an actuation motion thereto and wherein said latching system further comprises a release button locking assembly operably interfacing with said release button to selectively retain said release button in said locked position until an unlocking motion is applied to said release button locking assembly. 6. The infant-supporting chair of claim 5, wherein said unlocking motion is applied to said release button locking assembly in a first direction and wherein said actuation motion is applied to said release button in a second direction that differs from said first direction. 7. The infant-supporting chair of claim 6, wherein said unlocking motion and said actuation motion may be applied to said release button locking assembly and said release button, respectively by a single hand. 8. The infant-supporting chair of claim 1, wherein said tray latching system is configured to permit said tray assembly to move relative to said seat between a plurality of discrete tray positions relative to said seat while said tray latching system is in releasable engagement with said seat. 9. An infant-supporting chair, comprising: a seat comprising a first arrangement of magnetic elements; anda tray assembly releasably mountable to said seat when said tray assembly is in an engaged position relative to said seat, wherein said tray assembly comprises: a tray latching system configured to releasably engage said seat;a second arrangement of magnetic elements, wherein said first arrangement of magnetic elements and said second arrangement of magnetic elements are configured to draw said tray assembly toward the engaged position when said tray assembly is in a range of positions relative to said seat that are sufficient to establish magnetic attraction between said first arrangement of magnetic elements and said second arrangement of magnetic elements;a tray body;a first docking member movably coupled to said tray body and being configured to receive a portion of said first armrest therein, and wherein said second arrangement of magnetic elements comprises at least one tray magnet supported on said first docking member and wherein said tray latching system further comprises a first tray latch arm movably supported on said tray body and configured for selective latching engagement with said first docking member to selectively retain said first docking member in any one of a plurality of latched positions relative to said tray body; anda second docking member movably coupled to said tray body and being configured to receive a portion of said second armrest therein, and wherein said second arrangement of magnetic elements further comprises at least one other tray magnet supported on said second docking member and wherein said tray latching system further comprises a second tray latch arm movably supported on said tray body and configured for selective latching engagement with said second docking member. 10. The infant-supporting chair of claim 9, further comprising a frame assembly and wherein said seat further comprises a seat positioning system configured to latch said seat to said frame assembly at a plurality of heights above a surface upon which said frame assembly is supported. 11. The infant-supporting chair of claim 10, wherein said seat positioning system comprises: a first seat latching assembly on said seat and being configured to selectively latchingly engage a corresponding portion of said frame assembly in any one of a plurality of discrete latching locations corresponding to said plurality of heights; anda second seat latching assembly on said seat and being configured to selectively latchingly engage another corresponding portion of said frame assembly in another one of another plurality of discrete latching locations that correspond to said plurality of latching locations. 12. The infant-supporting chair of claim 11, wherein said first seat latching assembly is independently operable from said second seat latching assembly and wherein said first and second seat latching assemblies must be simultaneously actuated to permit said seat to be moved between said plurality of heights. 13. The infant-supporting chair of claim 9, wherein said tray assembly comprises at least one utensil retainer configured to releasably retain at least one utensil on a tray surface of said tray assembly. 14. The infant-supporting chair of claim 9, further comprising a tray liner releasably coupled to said tray assembly and being configured to cover an upper surface of said tray assembly when coupled thereto. 15. The infant-supporting chair of claim 9, further comprising a multiple piece restraint system operably supported on said seat, said multiple pieces being selectively movable between latched and unlatched orientations. 16. An infant-supporting chair, comprising: a seat comprising an armrest comprising a first magnetic element; anda tray assembly releasably mountable to said seat when said tray assembly is in the engaged position, wherein said tray assembly comprises a docking member configured to receive at least a portion of said armrest, and wherein said docking member comprises: a latch configured to releasably engage said armrest; anda second magnetic element, wherein said first magnetic element and said second magnetic element are configured to draw said tray assembly toward the engaged position when said tray assembly is in a range of positions relative to said seat that are sufficient to establish magnetic attraction between said first magnetic element and said second magnetic element.
